Modern design romantic apartment for a couple in the old heart of Seville

Right in the center of Seville, between the commercial and historic center, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation with all the conveniences of the city. In addition to its central location, a peaceful and enjoyable stay is assured given that the apartment is located on a quiet pedestrian street.

This luxurious and spacious duplex with a modern decor, measures 66 m2. Everything has recently been renovated and remodeled with a brand new kitchen, utilities, and furniture…. All including central air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, plasma screen TV, oven and microwave…..everything anyone could possibly need for a pleasant stay.

This duplex has one master bedroom in one floor, and upstairs a full size sofa bed for two additional guests

Apartment recently re-built. Romantic and comfortable. Everything brand new. Good design. For a pleasant stay for a couple or a single. Close to the river and the main bus station, El Corte Inglés (department store), Cinemas, shops, monumental area. Flamenco bars and night life.

About Juan Luis Pantoja

42 years old, i know well the city, its monuments and its life night. Play flamenco guitar and sing flamenco i know where are the best places to enjoy in the city. I love tapas and know most restaurants in seville, its prices and its quality. I like to recommend tenants where to go and make sure that they enjoy their staying. I do this for jobby and to be close to other cultures and also not forget my english. Always in touch with tenants try to get to know what they like. I am just what i would like to find whenever i travel abroad and rent an appartment.

Silent, calm but right in the heart of the city where all the commercial area, monuments and night life places are situated. The apartment was stunning absolutely perfect. Juan was so helpful and kind, it was close to everything you want to see in Seville, shop closeby for everyday items a must see is the Catheredral and a walk along the river. We didnt hire a car we walked everywhere one tip have a good clear street map there are not many main roads but very clean streets too.

Perfect location

The apartment is very well located for visiting the city and for nightlife close by. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We used the car park which was very convenient for the apartment and renting a car was the only way we were able to see the Alhambra in Grenada. Juan was a terrific host, so helpful and kind. We highly recommend visiting the Alcazar palace, as good as the Alhambra. Also El Gallinero restaurant is fabulous and for top quality Italian food il Vesuvius is great too.

Perfect base for exploring Seville

This delightful, modern and attractively furnished apartment was the perfect base from which to explore Seville. The two level apartment was very roomy with a bedroom, large living room and additional bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom, kitchen, sitting and dining area upstairs. The apartment was also fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay.

The location was also excellent for exploring major sights in Seville. We walked everywhere from here - the cathedral, Alcazar, Triana and main shopping areas. There are also many excellent bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. We particularly appeciated the fact that, while the apartment had quick access to sights and lively squares, it was on a quiet side street.

Juan Luis was also super to deal with and, right from our initial request for information, got back to us very promptly in all our communications. When we arrived he was available to provide information, answer questions and offer advice on restaurants. We particularly appreciated his excellent list of restaurants (emailed to us well in advance of our trip). We tried many of these during the course of our stay. They were all excellent. What a great resource!

Lo que destacaría de este alojamiento son tres cosas: 1) la ubicación, cerca andando de la catedral, tiendas y centro; 2) práctico: había de todo en el apartamento, dos baños, limpio, amplio, te sientes como en casa; y 3) precio: 60€ la noche, más 30€ por limpieza del apartamento. Además, si necesitas parking, te ofrece la posibilidad de una plaza por 5€ el día (aunque no es cubierto, sí es cerrado).
Repetiremos si volvemos a Sevilla.

We stayed at the apartment for 5 days and found it to be in the perfect location for sightseeing all that Seville has to offer. Juan (the owner) could not have been more helpful with advice on travel, restaurants and the places to visit. The apartment was lovely and had everything you would need for your stay. Free Wi-fi was included. We didn't need a car so couldn't comment on the parking. I would definitely recommend the apartment, whether for a short or long stay.

Great location and caring owner

Perfect location for walking to everything and convenient bus to airport. Juan Luis made the process easy and was always very responsive in communication. Loved this immaculate renovated 2 level apt in the historic district and it was comfy and had great décor. The shower was so nice for my tall hubby and everything was very comfortable. Walked to everything and also rode bikes one day outside the city. All easy to do. Monday 1500-1900 free tours are available at the Plaza de Toros Museum but go earlier to get a reservation time slot. The nearby information center on Alfonso XII rents bikes and the plaza nearby Museo Bellas Artes has artists with their original works for sale on Sunday mornings. Loved Albarama at Plaza S Francisco for Tapas (thanks for that tip too, Juan Luis) and found a great authentic Mexican restaurant, Iguanas Ranas near the Giralda Cathedral and Reales Alcazares. Great shopping throughout all the shaded walking streets and yummy helado every day. Fell in love with Sevilla! Thanks for a great stay as a great host, Juan Luis!

' The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of the city (Alfaqueque Street, next to the Plaza del Museo and parallel to the famous Alfonso XII Street). Parking optional at 5 euros per night. The duplex, measuring 66 m2, has recently been renovated and refurbished. On the first floor there is a large bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining room. The other floor has an open-plan bedroom with a toilet and a wide wardrobe and a living-room with another sofá. The ceilings are 4.5 metres high, giving the residence an even greater sense of room and space.
