The flats are located in a residential area of West Kensington in a Victorian Terrace property.

All two bedroom flats have two bathrooms and can accommodate 4 person, some flats have sofa bed for children/teenagers only and can therefore accommodate 5. All flats have fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryers - some have dishwashers. TV and wi-fi broadband access is available in all flats free of charge.

Other 2 beds/2 bath flats available in the building other then advertised.

One bedrooms are available with double and can accommodate 2 persons.

The flats are within easy access of transport and local amenities as well as shops and restaurants.

There is a £50p/w additional charge for this. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. Large equipped kitchen and reception with dinning for 4. The location is serviced by 3 Underground Stations - Shepherds Bush (Central Line), Olympia (District Line) or Hammersmith (Piccadilly Line) which are all within easy access. Notes

  • There is a one of End of Stay Cleaning/Laundry Charge for the flats in addition to the rental as follows;
    2 Bedroom/2Bathroom Flats £110
    1 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Flats £90
    1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom Flats £85
  • We require a security deposit in order to secure the booking the balance of rental and end of stay laundry/cleaning is due 28 days prior to arrival
    Bookings of 1-2 weeks - £250
    Bookings of over 2 weeks - One weeks rental

    The security deposit is held in addition to the rental and laundry and is refundable after departure less and telephone and/or any loss or damages.

    Cancellation Policy - Cancellation can only be accepted IN WRITING and will not be effective until actually received by the us. If written cancellation is received at least 28days before the date of arrival the deposit and any rental paid is refundable in full. If written cancellation is received by the us less than 28 days before the date of arrival, provided the rental has been paid, the deposit and laundry fee are refundable and any nights we are able to re-let the property.

  • Apartments are available for occupation from 14:00 hours.
    Apartment must be vacated by 11:00 hours on the day of departure. Should you need a later departure time please ensure you request this at the time of booking an additional 1/2 day rate will apply.

    We accept credit card Visa & Mastercard. Please note we have a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
    We do NOT accept American Express.

Spent week end of April, beg. of May 2013 with our 2 teenagers, we all loved the place, very good communicated, close to everything but quiet at night, good place to see everything in London and also nice to relax locally. Advice: use also buses except tube (both options easy and close), from bus upper deck lot of views on the way. Very well equipped, even with electric converters!
We had great time and planning to return.

We stayed in the first floor flat. This is an ideal location for a stay in London with only one bus stop to Piccadilly. More than this the apartment is beautiful. It is bright and comfortable. Although it is located close to a heavy traffic area, it was wonderfully quiet. It is well equipped with high end appliances and everything we needed for our stay. George met us upon our arrival and was available to us as needed. I really am looking forward to staying here again soon.

A lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment with a nice little garden. Very convenient for Olympia. Great shops nearby. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. An ideal solution when bringing the family to London.

This was the best possible experience I could have hoped for when going through a first time experience of renting an apartment in another country online! Georgia answered all emails promptly, with ALL information that I could possibly need regarding price, what I need to do, the area of the apartment, etc. The apartment is very clean, kitchen is well supplied with pots/pans etc. One of the showers is very small but I'm a small person... if you're concerned about that you could always use the other bathroom.
The apartment is located very close to the tube station as well on the Central line... very close to grocery stores and a big mall.... really couldn't have asked for more! Would definitely stay again next time we're in London.

A lovely London home

We settled quickly for a 12-day April holiday in this lovely sunny apartment. The comfortable living room and the kitchen were bathed in sunshine all day. These rooms overlooked a triangular park with many tall trees -- delightful! The apartment was well equipped, clean and well maintained. Arrival and departure were smooth and the refund on our deposit was almost immediate. Transport was very good and we enjoyed Shepherds Bush -- it's ethnic mix, the fabric shops on Goldhawk Road, the restaurants and the proximity to everything on the west side of London. We also enjoyed being on the top floor, near the treetops. We cooked on most nights and found the kitchen to be excellent.
