All three bedrooms have en-suite facilities

A spacious three bedroom cluster villa, with en-suite facilities in each bedroom. The terraces from two of the bedrooms face South as do the terraces from the living and dining areas. The villa is part of a small community of similar properties that share a beautiful communal pool area that includes a kiddies pool. The villa is very close to many restaurants and is only 2kms from the centre of Carvoeiro, the nearest beach is only 1km away which has a fantastic beach restaurant.

There is a restaurant and cafe next to the pool area with amazing views to the sea

The villa is located just 2km from the centre of Carvoeiro and is within easy walking distance of local amenities such as a par 3 golf golf course, many restaurants and two local beaches. Within a short drive there are local water parks, 18 hole golf courses and shopping.

Golf: Vale do Milho par 3 golf course is located next to the townhouse. Gramacho and Pinta 18 hole course are 10 minutes away by car

It great to stay in a holiday property that has all the comforts of home. Lots of space, really well equipped and in excellent condition.

The owners were really helpful, and provided lots of useful information.

We would definitely come back here if we came to the Algarve again.

We enjoyed our holidays in this very nice, well equiped villa very much. The surroundings are beautyful and you can reach nice beaches in short distance- by car - we think you need a car to see all the nice places.
We are sure it wasn't our last stay at this place and we also recommend it to friends of us.!
The contact to the owners was really good - we got all informations at once with all necessary help!

Nice stay in Algarve

We have stayed with little kids and our parents in this nice villa for 10 nights during our first visit to Algarve. Villa is really beautiful, clean inside, stunning views outside, the house is very spacious and comfortable even for several families living together. We found many useful things in the house to have completely relaxed vacation. Clube Golfemar is very quite place, surrounded by beautiful plants and other villas. Good swimming space, our 5 years son enjoyed both pools.
Speaking about location and distances, it's quite complicated to go to Carvoeiro or to the beach by foot as the main road is busy and narrow, so automobile is the MUST here. Neighbouring restaurant (with free wi-fi) is in Rocha Brava, 10-12 minutes to go from villa. From nearest beaches we loved Carvalho, it is surrounded by steep cliffs and can be reached through special holes inside the rock. Not crouded.
This property is perfect for those who like tranquility, nice surroundings and walks. Thank's for landloard for detailed information and useful advices regarding stay in this beautiful place.

This is a superb villa, beautifully furnished, equipped and maintained to a very high standard. A real home from home with Sky TV, video/DVD recorder, music system plus the added advantage of air-conditioning, which we certainly needed in August. It has lovely sea views, a big communal pool and sunbathing area with recliners which was never overcrowded. There is a shop, for morning newspapers and groceries, and several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a fabulous holiday.
I have no hesitation in highly recomending this villa.

We had a fab holiday, the accommodation was excellent and the 3 en suite bathrooms were a real bonus. Very clean with all the facilities you would find back home.

It is quite a quiet location but suited us down to the ground, a few good restaurants within walking distance, and our 2 boys loved the pool.

We hired a car, which was a real help when it came down to shopping. It also allowed us to visit other beaches and the water park without having to navigate public transport.

Overall our holiday was made all the better with the accommodation being so fab.

I don't think the photos show how fab the villa is.
