Why Philip Flanagan chose Downderry
My wife and I were searching for a house by the sea, couldn't believe it when she found the details direct on the developers website, once we viewed it and the local area we were convinced this was the one...
What makes this house unique
Fantastic seaviews and the design of the house means that the front facing the sea has used the maximum amount of glass allowed - so the windows in the 2 main bedrooms are actually french doors with juliet balconies. The garden is small but very functional as is the full length terrace - off the living and dining areas and at the back is the elevated decking area with panoramic sea views. All within a few minutes walk of the beach, village, local Inn on the Shore and Blueplate Bistro - perfect.
