Sleeps up to 8. 3 bedrooms (all en-suite and with sea views). A traditionally designed semi-detached house next to the Grafton bird sanctuary. Tosca is close to Mt Irvine Bay and up the hill from the village of Pleasant Prospect, which boasts not only a couple of local restaurants, a pizzeria, two bars, and a shop but a rare cash point. The owner's car, which is included, will help you to fully explore the island.

'Tosca' in Tobago is set high on a ridge overlooking Buccoo Reef and the Caribbean sea. Located next to the Grafton bird sanctuary this traditionally designed semi-detached villa affords luxury accommodation within the secure Sanctuary Villa estate, close to Mt Irvine Bay and up the hill from the village of Pleasant Prospect, which boasts not only a couple of local restaurants, a pizzeria, two bars, and a shop, but an all important (but rare) cash point.

The nearest beaches are only five minutes walk away - though the owners’ Hyundai Matrix car, which is included in the rental price, is a lazy alternative! Tosca’s spacious living accommodation - 3 double beds, all with sea views and en suite- can comfortably sleep 6 (8 at a pinch) which makes it ideal for two families, or a group of friends sharing.

Our housekeeper, Carol, can arrange cooking or babysitting services for you.

Golf: There are two golf courses on Tobago, and one of them, Mount Irvine, is less than a five minute drive away.

    The rental rates quoted are for 2 people staying; the rate increases with additional guests (except for the Festive Season when the rate is for the house; there is a £250 discount if you stay for 2 weeks) There is a non-returnable deposit of £150 per booking with the balance due 6 weeks before occupancy (eight weeks for festive bookings). We also accept payment in $US & $TT THERE IS NO DIRECT CONVERSION RATE BETWEEN $US and £GBP Please visit our website for more details (see link on the info page of this ad)
  • There is no charge for the use of our car but the following conditions should be noted:As we’re not hiring you our car, but lending it to you, under the terms of our comprehensive policy (any driver over 25) there is no option for you to insure yourselves against accidental damage. Like us, if you have an accident you must pay the first $2,000 TT excess. If there is a mechanical breakdown we will undertake the cost of repair (except punctures!) but will not pay for a replacement vehicle.

Now back home and really missing Tosca in Tobago......such a great place to go loved every minute of it . Tosca is the ideal spot for all exploring, every thing is close to hand and you always have the comforts of home on your return its like home from home. The weather was perfect and everyone was so friendly Annie has some lovely staff and they are always there for you if you need them .
If you are thinking of visiting Tobago do it !! you will love it :D...
I loved feeding the birds each morning ...and the sunsets are something else.
We will definitely be going back sooner the better..........: D

We had the chance to spend a wonderful 10 days in a house that provided a lot of pleasure for us. Beginning with the sunny days and ending by of at least ten different kinds of birds that visited us regularly in the mornings waiting for their servings of food. Vistas at Caribbean sea with its Bucco coral reefs only some 15 minutes drive to one of Tobago nicest beaches – Pigeon Point were magnificent. The house is well equipped in a nice surrounding and I cannot do anything only to recommend the stay in the villa.

Tosca was everything we wanted and needed it to be. The owners, Malcolm and Annie, have attempted to create a home away from home and for others to enjoy this experience as they do. They have created a happy holiday home environment for couples, groups of friends and families which has all the creature comforts including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and wifi! The location of Tosca is really good and the fact that Malcolm and Annie allowed us to use their car, made getting around all the more easier and comfortable. There is so much that we could say about staying at Tosca that are all positive ( location, safety, splash pool, cleanliness), but in a nutshell, whether you are a seasoned caribbean traveller or a novice, Tosca is a beautiful, clean and comfortable home to base the foundations of your caribbean experience on in Tobago.

I had the great opportunity of staying in this villa, this summer. This is a lovely, homely villa. My family and I had such a great time. My daughter loved the little pool. If it wasn't for the bad state of the road to get there, I would of rated it 5 stars. The owners were extremely helpful with the cable & internet problems that I had. I would always remember only good times there. Thank you.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A wonderful villa!

Tosca was everything it promised to be. From the get go we were relaxed. The villa is beautifully maintained and is a home away from home. It is obvious that the owners have taken great care to ensure our stay was exceedingly comfortable even down to portable deck chairs to take with us to the beach!. It is wondefully positioned for exploring the rest of the island and some of the best beaches are within walking distance (down the hill and across the road!). The car was also a treat. The housekeeper and pool attendant were exceedingly helpful with little hints on how best to prepare all the fresh fish we bought and caught (night shark fishing trip). If you've packed your suitcase, take half the stuff out as Malcolm and Annie have already thought of it! We'll certainly be going to Tosca again.
