Feals like Heaven....
We spent a wonderful week in the appartment! It is really a beautiful house with view on the sparkeling blue sea and - when the view is clear enough - to the Etna. Nando even showed us how to get on the terrace on the roof where you can sit in comfortable chairs, drink our wine and enjoy the great view.
The appartment is very clean, perfectly equipped and has everything you need to spent a great holiday there, including air condition and a barbecue place. Maria was such a nice host for us! She gave us great ideas what to visit in the area and was preparing delicious food: Pasta a la Norma a la Bellini and a vegetable rice dish. Also her orange marmelade tastes great. One week was definitly too short: Syrakus, Noto, Catania, the Etna, Taormina...there are so many places you can easily reach by car.
We also would have liked to spend more time swimming and snorkeling on the nice rocky beach down the house. The house and the area felt very safe, quiet and private, so it is an ideal location to relax.
We absolutely can recommend this accomodation and we hope that maybe we can come back another time.
