The Apartment is fully equipped on the main Promenade des Anglais, beach across the street, public and private. Has A/C. The building is 100m away from the world famous Negresco hotel, buses to the airport and other towns in front of the building. Railway station about 10 min walk which takes you to Cannes, Monaco, Italian Riviera etc. GARAGE is an option.Close to the fascinating old town (Vieux Nice), famous for its flower, antique and vegetable markets that turn into lovely restaurants in the eve. Nice caters for all tastes, rich with museums, art galleries, opera house, music festivals,water sports,golf, skiing 1hr.away .A great location for a fantastic holiday. An American on the Riveria.......Heaven

My family and I have been planning our trip to the South of France for over a year. All our homework paid off.......in spades.We found the perfect spot in Nice.

Location was the key......right on the sea with views from every window. Out the door and on to the beach. The world famous Promade des Anglais is a "people watchers" paradise and most of the interesting places were not more than a 20/30 minute walk away.

The apartment itself was just what we wanted. A room and bath for the kids...and one for us......heaven. Big living room with "open kitchen" looking right out onto the sea........ WiFi and English TV channels made for happy kids......

Last but not least we rented a car to explore the Riveria country side as well as nearby Italy. What a joy to have a garage as the area is very popular and parking is not always available when you need it.

We will be back.

Wife, daughter, son and myself

Nice with all it's restaurants, beach, and surrounding village. To top it off, the view of this apartment and the layout is wonderful. When you wake up in the morning with sunshine or at night befor you sleep to see the beauty of the beach then you will realize how wonderful this apartment is. It is clean and well kept with all you need. There is a convenience store and bakery near by.

From the seemless booking arrangementds to the completed contract it was just what you would wish for. The view and the proximity to the beach and all the rest of the delights of Nice were much enjoyed and due in no small part to the site and standards set by the apartment owner. A perfect winter retreat in Europe

When Canadians think of going south in the winter they usually think of the southern USA but these two Canadians think that the south of France and in particular the Cote d Azur region can be a charming alternative. The sun shines most days although the temps are cooler,[think spring in Canada], the food is better, and there are so many interesting places to visit in the area and beyond. This apartment is the perfect place to do it from. It is very bright, features beautiful views from every window, is very clean and well equipped, and the owner and her agent are very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Add a gorgeous bistro one floor below when you don't feel like cooking for yourself {we enjoyed, among many others, a festive Christmas dinner there] and we would suggest it can't get much better than this. We liked it so much in 2012/13 that we are going back again in 2013/14. Thank you Nadine for everything.

Really beautifull app.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Nice thanks to the the accommodation in this spacious, light and clean apartment with a superb location. Everything was just exactly as advertised.The apartment was large enough for 4 people, well equipped and two sun-umbrellas and a beach-chair were a pleasant benefit. The missing terrace was not a problem, thanks to the large windows we were able to sit back in the shadow enjoying the splendid view overlooking the sea as well as the little garden next to the apartment.The public beach just across the road was beautiful and free of charge, and even in the peak season it was not crowded. The restaurant downstairs was a very high quality with a kind staff and its operation was not disturbing us. A little higher noise pollution from the road was obvious but acceptable and the location was certainly worth it. Thank you for a very nice stay in Nice. We fully recommend it.

Great location with beautiful view of the beach. My wife and I enjoyed our week in Nice and the great location of this apartment made it quite easy to walk the streets of Nice and enjoy the sites. The apartment is equipped well with everything need for cooking and relaxing. We opted for the arrival package along with some wine. We were pleased to find the package was just right for our arrival evening snacks and our morning breakfast. The wine selection was very good as well. There is a restaurant down stairs and their internet service made it easy for us to keep updated with our friends back home. The apartment is also equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella.

Oh, the restaurant down stairs sometimes has loud music that you can hear from the living room but not from the bed rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate it taking this apartment again.

Easily accessible from the airport, 10 mins by bus and 5mins from the nearest motorway exit, the apartment is the perfect location to enjoy all that Nice has to offer. The apartment is ideally located on the Promenade des Anglais, with beautiful views of the Baie des Anges and just a stone’s throw from the nearest beach. But if the beach is not what you are after, Nice centre and the charming old town are just a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment has some excellent restaurants at close proximity, and a little further afield, 5min walk is the pedestrian street with all its terrace cafes, restaurants and bars. If it’s the glamour of the French Riviera which you are looking for the famous Negresco hotel is at your doorstep where you can enjoy fine dining or just nip in for a refreshing cocktail

The basin is white large modern with a mirror equipped with lights handy for shaving and make-up. There is an extra heater in this bathroom too. The second bathroom is smaller also tiled with Italian terracotta colour marble to the ceiling. Shower enclosure and hot water all day. White modern basin with lightened mirror .

Second bedroom has two single beds with white frames and small white side table in between. There is also a dressing table and 1 closet.

Notes:
There is a lift in the building which we only use for our shopping since we are only on the first floor, almost by the front doors. I think a wheel chair will not fit in. Also there is a pram or buggy so no need to bring yours, please request cot,high chair and pram if needed at booking. Linen for cot must be provided by you to avoid any problems with allergies etc. The bedroom has one hair-dryer .
