You have been exclusively chosen to admire the masterpiece of the modernist architect Antoni Gaudi, la Sagrada Familia, because we have no doubt the most amazing views in the whole city. Our centric luxury flats are licensed by Catalonian tourism office and are fully equipped: quality bedding, fresh towels and all you need in the kitchen. AA, Heating, Free WiFi internet and SAT TV .We are Artur and Joana. We live in the same buiding and assist you with tour information and best tips. Having a reception we are very flexible. Minivan shuttle in 25 minutes from/to the airport.

All flats have two bedrooms with balconies and 20 m2 living room has 2 balconies more that face the cathedral’s main facade. Lots, lots of natural light in the whole flat!. Huge terrace (125sqm) is just a dream come true for sunbathers and admirers of great views. Spanish breakfast, best tapas and Dinners offered in it. Excellent week in Barcelona

Spacious and very well lit apartment. An exceptional view(sight) on Sagrada Familia and on small garden. The furniture is very satisfactory and the connection to internet is very considerable. The subway and the buses are just at feet of the building. Small businesses and pharmacy are at the foot of the building. Possibility of parking its car in a garage (very considerable).
The welcome(reception) is formidable: Artur, the owner, lives spot he is is always there if you need. Upon our arrival, we had all the documentation and the advice(councils) to visit the city.
We crossed(spent) an excellent stay in family with children (7 years and 4 years).
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children

Fabulous Place to Stay

I would reccomend for anyone visiting Barcelona to stay here. The five flights of stairs were a lot but the views more than made up for it. The aparment was the perfect size and Artur and Joana were great hosts. (Be sure to enjoy the tapas breakfast on the roof terrace.) Artur reccomneded many things for us to do and see as well as great restaurants in the neighborhood. In addition, it was very easy to get from the apartment to any sites in Barcelona by either metro or tour bus. We felt very safe in the area and loved every mintue of our stay. I would definately star here again if I visit Barcelona in the future.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: Of course Stairs require a bit of exercise! we try to balance this with our luggage service up and down the apartment.

Amazing Views and great value

We had 6 people stay here over a long weekend. We all loved it. There was plenty of room for all of us. The views are better than in the pictures! The 5 flights are a long walk up, but it is worth the view. Artur and Juana are very helpful and accomodating. Juana made us a wonderful tapas breakfast the first day there...what a way to start the day!
Barcelona was beautiful. We felt very safe and it was easy to get around the city.
I would recommend these apartments to everyone!!!

Excellent location and spacious

We stayed at this apartment this summer and the location is excellent. There's a supermarket right oppposit the apartment and shopping/sightseeing is all within walking distance. The apartment is filled with admirable decor and is big enough for family of 7, The view from the terraces are great too. The only problem is that one of the room has no air conditioning and it gets too hot to sleep at night. We strongly recommend this apartment to other visitors in Spain.

great accomodation, great view

This accomodation is in an excellent location, central to all the various locations you may want to visit while in Barcelona. It was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view of the cathederal. As it says in the info, the flat is 5flights up which is a thought at the end of a busy hot day, and popping out for fresh bread etc for breakfast is a thought but. . as long as you accept that the view at night from the sofa with a glass of wine was worth it, and the air conditioning essential. The owner lived in the flat opposite and offered loads of advice about the best value, transport options, local markets and in general everything that makes a short city break work in your favour.
We did the open top bus tour which was excellent value..2 x 2hour tour and 1 x 40min all for 15euros. Visited the cathederal and queued for an hour to take a lift up inside which was well worth it... take water as it was hot! The beach area was lovely and we took advantage of a great beach massage for 10euros.!
Visit the Gothic area and Las Ramblas take the usual care with bags and street scams. Just wander around the little side streets and stop for refreshments in the little courtyards and just enjoy!
We would recommend the city and definately the accomodation without hesitation.
