***Apartment Oceanus is a stylish two bedroom, two bathroom apartment set on the small, exclusive Beau View development of just 11 lovely properties. Set in a quiet location yet within a few minutes walk of Peyia Village with its excellent local facilities, bars and restaurants this is the ideal place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
***The apartment has been furnished to a high standard in contemporary style with consideration for your comfort at every stage. It is hard to fully portray the benefits of the large private rear balcony or the feeling as you walk through the apartment and are presented with the most spectacular panoramic sea views that change constantly. It just is a lovely place to relax and unwind and enjoy an al fresco lifestyle.
***The property is available throughout the year as Cyprus has almost year round sunshine. The spring months are a lovely time to visit, November can also be a wonderful month with temperatures in the mid 20's. Long winter lets are available at very reasonable rates for those who wish to escape the winter months in favour of warmer climes.
***I pride myself on giving first class customer service and will do everything I can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I can also help with car hire and airport transfers. We are fortunate to have on site property managers for the 2015 season and they will look after you during your stay. It has been described as a 'home from home' and 'just what the doctor ordered'. ***For those who like to be more adventerous there are watersports and golf nearby. You can also explore Akamas National Park in a 4 x 4 or on a quad bike. There are many excellent restaurants throughout Cyprus but I would highly recommend a visit to the fish restaurants at Latchi. On arrival you will enter through the front door into the large open plan kitchen/dining and living area. The kitchen is very well equipped with sleek integrated appliances including dishwasher, large Bosch fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave. The kitchen has direct access onto the large rear balcony and there is a large dining table and six chairs.
The living room has full width patio doors giving access onto the front balcony from where you can enjoy the stunning views, spectacular sunsets and the twinkling lights at night. Wi-Fi is included and there is an internet based television system which has English television programmes, films etc.
There are air conditioning/heat units in the living room and bedrooms. Ceiling fans are supplied in the bedrooms for use at night.
The master bedroom is light and airy and has a luxury en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto the front balcony.
The en suite is well fitted with a large shower and good storage. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The second bedroom has twin beds and patio doors onto the large rear garden terrace. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, a dressing table area, air conditioning units and ceiling fans for night use. Hairdryers are provided in both rooms.
The main bathroom has a large mirror with a generous marble worktop, ideal for bottles and potions!. There is a bath with shower over and a large storage cupboard. The washing machine is housed in a cupboard and a laundry basket, airer, iron and ironing board are provided. Towels are provided for your convenience.
The front balcony has a comfortable seating area and is a wonderful place to enjoy the stunning views and spectacular sunsets. There is also a covered veranda to provide shade when the sun is at its peak.
The rear garden terrace provides a huge space for outside living and has the advantage of being completely private. It has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, dining table with four chairs and two sunbeds. This restful space has tropical plants and fruit trees and is an ideal place for total relaxation. It is been furnished so that you can enjoy the benefits of al fresco living and dining.
Outside is a stunning limestone paved pool area with an infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi, both with marvellous views of the local area and Mediterranean. The property is very secluded, secure and quiet, yet within just a few minutes walk of the local village. There is a lift and parking is available outside the development.

This property is on the most beautiful development set high in the hills behind Coral Bay with spectacular views of Paphos, Coral Bay and the Mediterranean sea. I fell in love with the location and decided then that I wanted to buy the apartment but did not want it to be an average holiday property. I have set out to furnish this property to the highest possible standard and to think of the needs of the holidaymaker at every stage.. It really is a lovely place to stay and you are only a few minutes walk from local shops/tavernas. The apartment has very large outdoor living space and a barbecue which sets it apart from other apartments. It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday and the views are amazing both during the day and at night.
