Did you know that Cyprus enjoys 326 days of sunshine each year? Why not enjoy the spring flowers in April/May or the sunshine from June/September. October is considered to be one of the best months with sunshine and warm seas. November is Cyprus’s best kept secret with temperatures in the mid 20’s and many days of sunshine. People swim in the sea until Christmas and there is plenty of winter sunshine.

Quietly nestled into the hillside behind Coral Bay yet within five minutes' walk of local amenities, this lovely property is set on a small exclusive development of just 11 properties within a short walk of Peyia Village square. Here you will find excellent local facilities including a bank, well stocked supermarket, bars and restaurants.

From the front balcony you can enjoy spectacular panoramic sea views over the Mediterranean Sea, Coral Bay and the Paphos coastline. The large rear balcony is completely private and has a comfortable seating area, dining area, barbeque and sunbeds, creating a fabulous outdoor living space. Here you can relax in comfort, sunbathe in privacy, dine, or just enjoy life al fresco.

The property is furnished to a high standard in contemporary style and has been equipped for year round use. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and English TV (including films) and for winter lets there are duvets, fires etc. Towels and pool towels are provided and a small welcome pack will be there to greet you on arrival. It has been described as a ‘home from home’, an ‘apartment with the benefits of a villa’ and ‘just what the doctor ordered’. Put simply, it is just a wonderful place to stay.

Why not relax and sunbathe on the sun terraces around the development's stunning infinity swimming pool, or enjoy the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea while you swim in the pool? Alternatively, you will find excellent sandy beaches, bars and restaurants at Coral Bay which is less than a ten minute drive away.

I like to give my guests first class customer service and will do everything I can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I can also help with car hire and airport transfers and can advise on things to do, helping you to craft your perfect holiday. The property is fully managed and we are fortunate to have the wonderful John and Linda, our onsite property managers, who will look after you (and the apartment) during your stay. They can advise you on restaurants, places to visit etc.

I am delighted to be able to offer this lovely property for the 2015 season. I bought the property some years ago and have furnished and equipped it to the highest possible standard as more than anything else I want you to have an enjoyable holiday.

Cyprus is a lovely place to visit with almost year round sunshine, friendly people and many good restaurants. I love it!

I live in West Sussex, close to Gatwick Airport, so that I can come and go easily. My commitment to you is that I will give you first class customer service and I will do everything I can to make sure

you have a good holiday. We are fortunate to have excellent on

site property managers who will look after you during your stay, I also visit twice a year myself to make sure that everything is kept

in good order.

Why Jane Slaymaker chose Pegia (Peyia)

This property is on the most beautiful development set high in the hills behind Coral Bay with spectacular views of Paphos, Coral Bay and the Mediterranean sea. I fell in love with the location and decided then that I wanted to buy the apartment but did not want it to be an average holiday property. I have set out to furnish this property to the highest possible standard and to think of the needs of the holidaymaker at every stage.. It really is a lovely place to stay and you are only a few minutes walk from local shops/tavernas. The apartment has very large outdoor living space and a barbecue which sets it apart from other apartments. It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday and the views are amazing both during the day and at night.

Total r and R Just what we needed!

My wife and I with our appendages (aging from 21-25) had a great week in October and we lacked for nothing! I can only endorse what has already been said about this apartment, its location, the owners, the caretaker and its aspect. Jane from the start was extremely helpful with every detail. Her information was 'spot on' from hiring a car, getting to the apartment from the airport, shopping for essentials, restaurants etc etc. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. The pool and the pool area was not claustrophobic or intrusive. It was clean, fresh and ideal to chill out. We hired a car, which we were glad we did and toured a little around the island going up into the mountains, eating at vineyards and witnessing some spectacular views. We also used local restaurants which were inexpensive and within strolling distance or a short drive from the apartment. A supermarket was only a few minutes' away with a car. If you are looking for an apartment, which is close to amenities but far enough out of a town to be quiet, pleasant with a wonder aspect look no further. We will definitely be returning.

A home from home!

We are a family of three - myself, my wife and 12-y-o son. This was our first experience in staying in an apartment on holiday - we usually choose to stay in hotels, but we wanted to stay somewhere where we could relax with a bit more space.

It turned out that Beau View was an inspired choice! This apartment ticked all the boxes and more - it was spacious enough, located about 200m above sea level, so the views from the balcony were fantastic, and was close enough to amenities & restaurants.

It was very clean, the fittings all seemed quite new, the pool was lovely, my son enjoyed the TV facilities in the evenings, it was somewhere where we felt at home in.

Apologies for the scattergun approach to what we liked about the apartment - there's lots to like!

Two other mentions - firstly, a big thanks to John & Linda (the property managers) for always being helpful and for the poolside chats! And also to Jane's directions from the airport - very easy to follow, which was much appreciated as we were driving up at night.

We definitely plan to stay there again - hopefully for longer than the 9 days next time!

Appartment with the benefits of a villa

Jane's communication prior to departure, directions, and contact while we were in Peyia were excellent. The appartment was beautiful, with stunning views and higher than average furnishing. The outside space was a godsend, making use of the the lovely views at the front, and the beautiful tearrace at the back. We went for my daughters wedding at Peyia town hall which was an idyllic location for the ceremony, much more personal than the conveyor belt in the local hotels, having the reception at the luxury villa where my daughter and son in law stayed.

Although the weather was cooler than expected, we managed to explore the mountains and surrounding areas with my 84 year old mother, and would recommend Port Lachi for a meal, drinks or a boat trip.

We did not eat in Peyia, so cannot comment on the bars and restaurants there, and although they are a very short walk from the apartment, you need to be mindful that it is uphill on the way back! We did walk to the bakery in the morning, and stopped at the cafe at the top of the hill on the way back...it's allowed when you are 84!

This is an excellent location for exploring south west Cyprus, and would recommend Beau View to anyone.

just what the doctor ordered.

we have just returned from our first family holiday in cyprus and the little slice of heaven, that is janes apartment on the beau view complex.

this apartment is stunning,beautifully decorated equipped with top class fixture and fittings throughout.apartment is very spacious,it has that lovely feel of classy but at the same time homely,where you can definitely relax...oh and we did.....the view from the front large balcony is fabulous looking over coral bay and for miles over the Mediterranean,and is a great place to chill catching the sunshine all day...the large rear private balcony is a wonderful place to eat and relax .fitted with very comfortable dinning chairs/ table and big bbq....the infinity pool is also great. quality comfy loungers and parasols ,and has wonderful views it is just perfect for a dip to cool down from the hot Cyprus sun....bay view is well located with a good reliable bus service to coral bay /Phaphos within a two minute stroll from apartment.there are good restaurants and bars within in a 5 min stroll in peyia with relaxed surrounding and locals are always welcoming/friendly,and nearby coral bay is a little livelier but relaxed at the same time...we have holidayed in many places in Europe,but have to say beau view/ Cyprus ticked all the boxes.and we are already looking to book janes apartment for our summer holiday next year,but for longer next time as seven days is just not long enough

last but not least

a special mention for john ( on site manager at beau view)

jane arranged transfer from the airport to beau view with john.he was there to greet us on time,he is a very friendly chatty helpful guy,who made us feel very welcome,he was also very helpful/knowledgeable on places to visit and advice,and would always say hello and ask if everything was ok during the week when we saw him.... thanks john much appreciated..

jane arranged everything in advance and confirmed everything promptly via email,and janes communication with us was first class ahead of flying out to Cyprus

Stunning flat with fantastic views!!

This is a fabulous double aspect apartment which benefits from a balcony out the front with beautiful views to the coast as well as a huge rear balcony perfect for evening barbecues or a bit of privacy and shade throughout the day. The infinity pool is just whats needed and again benefits from the stunning views.

The flat itself is set in a pretty quaint little village which has all the basic amenities and drinking spots / places to eat you need. For something more indulgent or to simply get to the sea you can drive down to coral bay within 10 mins and car hire is cheap!

The flat itself has a modern and stylish finish to it which is comfortable at the same time. It's perfect for a family or two couples looking for an escape away from the busy Paphos whilst still being close enough to action.

We had a great time, highly recommended!

P.S. The twinkling lights night are quite magical.

Coral Bay

The traditional hillside village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos region. It is spread over a large area and the village centre is just a 3 minute walk from Beau View. Here you will find many good amenities including bars (with Wi-Fi) restaurants, takeaways, shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, butcher and a bank with ATM machine. There is also a medical and dental centre in the village.

Coral Bay - with its sandy beaches, watersports, bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute drive way.

Akamas National Park - is a wonderfully unspoilt area to explore with deserted beaches and the famous Lara Beach with its turtle hatchery. (please note that a 4 x 4 is recommended if you are driving in the Akamas).

Latchi - is a wonderful place to visit; drive through the hills and vineyards behind Peyia until you drop down to the beautiful Bay of Aphrodite with stunning views over the hills and Mediterranean. Here you will find a picturesque harbour next to a number of good fish restaurants. You can also take a boat trip or try some watersports at Latchi.

Kathikas - is a charming Cypriot village set in the hills behind Peyia. It is well known for its excellent restaurants.

Paphos Harbour - is a lovely place to explore with its fort, fish restaurants and seaside walks. There are also beautiful mosaics next to the harbour.

Paphos old town - has a municipal market which is open in the mornings only.

Eating - is a must. There are many good restaurants in the area. There will be some details in the apartment, but one of the pleasures of Cyprus is trying out the local restaurants. Most of the bars/restaurants now have free Wi-Fi.
