House No.14 is a totally detached (south facing) four bedroom bungalow, located on an elevated site overlooking the sea on a section of spectacular and quite coastline at Ballinglanna, approximately 5 miles out of Clonakilty, in West Cork . As part of a group of purpose built holiday homes, the immediate area is neatly laid out with footpaths, public lighting and spacious car parking. The house is fully fitted out with oil fired central heating and all mod cons to offer great comfort, service and value for a holiday or short break at any time of the year.
The sleeping accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms (the master bedroom is complete with an en suite of toilet, bidet, bath & shower unit), and with a second toilet /shower room, the house overall has capacity for a max of 8 people. The daytime accommodation is comprised of a well furnished sitting room with a sliding patio door and a large kitchen / dining area, all facing onto the sea and providing a very spacious and bright open plan living space.
