About Heather Routledge
Hello, I am a retired civil servant and invested in my apartment when it was being built. I like to paint and all of the paintings in the apartment are mine. The complex has matured and grown through the years and there quite a few owners who are from Ireland, both north and south and we get together to discuss making improvements to the complex. Nessebar View has come on leaps and bounds and each year looks better than the last and provides more amenities, such as a children's play area at the pools and a communal barbeque area where there are weekly get togethers.
Heather Routledge purchased this apartment in 2006
Why Heather Routledge chose Sunny Beach
My property was chosen specifically by me for the size, light and convenience to the pool and the shop and bus area. I felt that the ground floor was more suitable for families with children or persons with mobility issues. I added my own touches with red sofas (not a sea of brown!) and my own paintings which are in every room. A new washing machine was added last year and cable TV installed so it is better than a home from home.
What makes this apartment unique
On the ground floor - a few steps from the pool and with the shady terrace it is easy to keep an eye on children. It is very spacious with plenty of storage as well as floor to ceiling (nearly) windows which allows light to flood through, though also has blinds to keep out the heat of the day.
