The Tower Hill location is ideal for both business and leisure visitors alike. For business visitors, the City of London financial district is on our doorstep. For leisure visitors, Tower Hill’s environs are steeped in history, from Roman times onwards, through the invasion of William the Conquerer, to the terrible exploits of Jack the Ripper, a short distance east in Whitechapel. We then come right up to the present-day architecture of the Shard and the Gherkin, both of which are within less than a mile’s radius and easily accessible, by public transport, taxi or on foot.
The area is well served by literally 100's of local restaurants to suit all budgets and sophisticated wine bars and London pubs. Sight seeing and the Theatres of the WestEnd are easily accessible by tube, bus or short cab ride. We aim to ensure that our apartments feel like your home away from home and our location next to the majestic Tower of London will leave you with fantastic memories and wanting to return!
The views from each room within these elegant apartments located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this small, quiet and exclusive residential building are spectacular. The nearby Thames path enable guests to take a relaxing walk along the embankment and take in magnificent views as they walk to nearby St Paul's Cathedral, The Tate Modern, Covent Garden and the West End beyond.
Tower Hill has an abundance of high quality restaurants, which cater to every palate and every wallet. A short stroll past the 'Beef Eaters' (guards of the Tower and the Crown Jewels) you will find St Katherine's Dock filled with swanky private yachts as well a wide selection of trendy eateries. Just across Tower Bridge at Butlers Wharf you will find Sir Terrance Conran's famous group of restaurants including 'Pont De La Tour' (Fish) and the 'Chop House' (contemporary English food). Both these locations offer alfresco dining by the river for that perfect romantic and memorable evening spent watching the world go by with friends and family.

10th Century History in front of every window. Fantastic views of the River Thames and the iconic Tower Bridge. Loads of fabulous restaurants literally on your doorstep. Fantastic public transport options from Tower Hill to all parts of the capital
The apartment is very well located. The view on the Tower and the Tower bridge is gorgeous, any time day and night.
The apartment is spacious, very well furbished, and it is located in a high standing building.
Jane was very kind and helpful, and immediately available when we had somme trouble with the door lock.
I will recommend this place to my friends.
Simply, an amazing place. Spacious, well equipped, and astounding views. It provided us with everything we needed for a delightful visit with our daughters at university in the UK. It will definitely be our home away from home while in London
The apartment was exactly like in the pictures. There were every you needed.
The situation was perfect, the views amazing!
If I come back to London I would like to stay there again.
We stayed in the one bedroom apartment for four days and could not have been happier! We arrived on our first day after dark and were absolutely blown away by the amazing night view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge from both the living room and bedroom windows. The pictures don't do it justice!
We very much appreciated having Jane there to meet us and show us the place. And she does go above and beyond! - we discovered the dishwasher was not working, so emailed Martin. When we returned later that day, we found Jane had been in, and although she also was unable to get the dishwasher going, she handwashed and dried everything and put it away!
We would very much recommend this classy apartment for couples visiting London. It is very close to many attractions, the Tower Hill tube station is steps away, and there are a couple of grocery stores in the vicinity.
It was terrific and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
This was our first trip to Europe & our first rental with VRBO, arrived on time and were met by assistant & within ten minutes the owner came over. It is a spectacular flat, overlooking the Tower of London and all Hallows Church (the oldest in London). Everything was clean, Martin explained how the appliances worked, left his telephone number and we were left alone to soak up the view. Both buses and the tube were within a half block walk.
When we come back to London, this will be our first & hopefully our only choice.
Thank you Martin for a wonderful stay.
This unit captures the real essence of London: amazing view of Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and just the general hustle and bustle of London city life. It is well equipped, clean, and you do feel very safe and secure in the building. By some freak of nature, it was unseasonably warm weather during our stay - highs in the mid 80s, but there were free standing fans available that helped us get a good night's sleep. This unit has a wonderful location for evening strolls along the embankment, picking up a Boris bike for a quick ride, or hopping on the tube or bus. Couldn't beat it - we will definitely recommend this to our friends.
Located by the River Thames and directly opposite the Tower of London World Heritage site. From our location on leafy Trinity Square you have many transport options including Tower Hill underground station (tube) which is located on the same Square (a 2 minute walk!) Lots of buses stop close by to take you all over the capital. All major airports are within a 45 min transfer time and London City Airport is just 20 mins on the Docklands Light railway. Being located on the river guests have the option of romantic evening strolls and the Thames river boat services from Tower Pier. The immediate area is well served by hundreds of restaurants & bars and there are 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk for those who prefer to use our fully equipped kitchen to eat-in.
Other Activities: Across the street from the world famous Tower of London & all major London attractions easily accessible by public transport, walking, river boat, or bus.
