Fantastic apartment with central location

If you want to stay in Benalmadena, then this is the place to be. This central location (between the "Bird Park" and the "Windmill Roundabout" is set back from the road so you are not disturbed by the busy main road.

The apartment layout - 3 bedrooms (2 ensuit and the other next to a family bathroom) living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, utility area and a 180 degree balcony / patio and bbq area – is a viable alternative to a villa if you don’t want to be suck out in the hills and relying on a car. It worked particularly well for our party – 2 parents, 2 grandparents and two children – as there was enough room so we didn’t feel we were on top of each other.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. (As is the whole of Pueblo Quinta.) This is helped by Jose and his wife working at the supermarket located in the shopping parade within Pueblo Quinta. They are both extremely friendly and spoke excellent English, if like me your Spanish is very rusty. If anything arose or we had a question, we simply popped down and Jose or a family member would deal with it on the spot. Our previous experience of villas is that you can wait a few days until a management company comes back to you if even the most basic of requests.

Our children were 2 ½ years’ and 8 months’ old when we went. The apartment was perfectly safe for them. It was great that it was on one level as the baby was crawling and the family bathroom was quite large and had a bath. As it is the penthouse the apartment is up two flights of stairs. This was fine for us, but others may find it an issue – took the decision to keep the pushchairs at the bottom of the stairs as it is a gated community. But the one down side was the swimming pool for our daughter. It is an adult pool and the shallow end was too deep for her to stand in as she was 2 ½ years’ old.

Fantastic accomodation in a perfect location

Just returned from 1 week at this property. Our party included 5 adults and 1 toddler. Before arriving we were a little apprehensive as we normally stay in hotels but everything was perfect. Jose the owner, his wife (and Samantha) were very helpful throughout or stay. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The terrace was amazing a real sun trap in the afternoon/evenings. The location was spot on close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There is so much to do and see and the bus stops are just around the corner for travelling a bit further afield. Plenty of places to eat out we tried a few, all were excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation it is well maintaine, clean, bright and secure. A week really wasn’t long enough for us. Next time we will stay for 2.

Excellent Apartment

This is the perfect apartment for a holiday in Benalmadena. The location is ideal, just off the main road. Walking distance to shops, beach, restaurants and Paloma Park. The apartment is so clean and modern. It has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and bbq. There was a bundle of towels in all 3 bedrooms, as well as extra bedding and pillows. There is lots of outside space which gets the sun all evening. The swimming pool area was perfect, very clean and quiet. There are even toilets at the pool so you dont need to go back up to your apartment. The toilets were always clean and had a first aid kit. The owner Jose is so nice and welcoming. He left champagne and chcolates for us on arrival. He was in the shop below the apartment all week and was able to answer any questions we had. We will definitely return to this apartment if we visit Benalmadena again.

Beautiful apartment beside the beach

This is a really lovely 3-bed/3-bathroom apartment, with a 5 min walk to Benal beach. The property is owned by Jose & his wife, and they are so helpful in every way. We were really impressed with the big bowl of fresh fruit, champagne & chocolate that awaited us on arrival. The apartment is really like a house & it's situated in a gated community which made us feel safe & ensured privacy. It has a saltwater pool & everything is spotless. It's located beside shops/restaurants/cafés & eating out was v good value. Try out La Taberna for an excellent 3-course meal for €15 - it's about 5 mins away. Arroyo de la Miel is 10/15 mins walk & it's a lovely bustling little town. The apartment is across the road from the beautiful Paloma Park with its rabbits, peacocks, hens etc - lovely to go for a walk there & there's a little coffee shop for refreshments. The beach had the most comfy sunbeds ever - the mattresses were 4/5" thick!! All in all, a great apartment in a great location! Thank Jose & family for your hospitality & attention to detail.

Excellent penthouse appartment

We had the most wonderful time staying in this immaculate penthouse appartment. The description for this listing is spot on and the photos really dont do this appartment justice. The appartment is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. We were a wedding party of 6 adults(3 couples) and we all had a bedroom and a bathroom each. The living space is large with a huge terrace so we were never cramped(the sea views are stunning). The swimming pool a lovely salt water pool, secluded and quiet. The place is spotless and kept to a very high standard. You could not ask for a better location, right on top of the beach and a short walk to anywhere.
There are bars and restaurants right outside the door and supermarket on the ground floor of the appartments run by the owner Jose and his family who were very nice. We had friends staying in a near by hotel who paid twice as much to sleep in a tiny room on a sofa. I will book this hotel again next time I will bring our two children as this place is very child friendly also.
I would like to thank Jose and his family for making us so welcome and I have to say this is the best place I have ever stayed and I will never stay in a big hotel again. Thank you :)

Excellent Apartment Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very spacious apartment. My husband and I were there in June with our elderly parents. We were a bit concerned about the stairs but they did not cause a problem to our 80 year olds! The location of the apartment is ideal for the beach, buses and the lovely Paloma Park. There are plenty taxis near by if needed. It was very reassuring to know that Jose, the owner and his family were downstairs should there be a problem.
