You will not be disappointed arriving to this spacious, open, conveniently located Large Beautiful Studio. Surrounded by palm trees and rock wall for tropical privacy, the Studio offers 700sf of interior space with vaulted ceilings, travertine floors, and a modern kitchen with bar and granite counter tops.

The grass yard is big enough for a bbq and outdoor dining, while gated, key less entry system allows for secure and worry free trips to the beach. Premium swimming/boogie boarding/ kite surf/ kayak spots are only 4 minutes away (walking distance). The beach itself is a 3 mile long strand of fine white sand ideal for jogging..Within one mile you will find restaurants, grocery stores, tennis court, yoga classes and more.

Free access to kayak, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment. Beach towels avail. Internet, plasma tvs,4 ceiling fans, Jacuzzi Tub in Bathroom, his and hers closets, parking in driveway. 30 min drive to Honolulu. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TALK TO ME BEFORE YOU SEND MONEY.. This rental is described as a studio, but in size it is more similar to a cottage or half of a small house. The photos make the place seem smaller than it is.

The rental is located in Kailua with a real 4 minute walk to the main Kailua beach, a 10-15 minute walk to the Kailua Beach Park, and a 25-35 minute walk to Lanikai. The house is located on a busy street, which can make backing out of the gated private driveway tricky, but the studio is set back from the road and there is no traffic noise heard inside even with the double-paned widows open.

All the fixtures and furniture are new and high quality (there is nothing chinsty inside). There are two very large flat screen TV's, four ceiling fans, and two AC units (we never turned them on during our 9 day March 2012 visit). Everything was clean.

The bed is a California King (larger than King sized) and is super comfortable.

There is a Jacuzzi bathtub, a washer and dryer, snorkel gear, a gas BBQ, and basic beach gear.

The kitchen has all the spices and oils you need for cooking and an above-average set of cooking gear. Cooking and barbecuing was a joy at the studio.

There is a grassy outdoor area with patio furniture which is a great hang out spot. There is a super friendly tail-less orange cat in the neighborhood named Bob. We fell in love with Bob the cat! Bob visited us every morning and evening (it stays outside, of course.)

The studio is connected to a main house which is also rented. However, I only heard a couple muffled voices from the main house during our stay.

The owner, Tony, was very nice and helpful. We didn't have any problems during our stay, but I suspect he would be very responsive to any problems that arose.

I highly recommend a visit.

Thank you Tony for providing such a great place for my husband and I to stay while we explored Oahu for the first time. Everything was exactly as described - the only surprise was a great one - it was bigger than we expected! :) The place was immaculate and we loved everything about it. The location was perfect as a "home base" for exploring and the town of Kailua had everything we needed. We appreciated having our own parking space and entrance, and you were really welcoming and helpful. Thanks again!

Location, Location, Location!!!

This studio house is located a short walk to the beach, minutes to great local restraunts, grocery store(s), shopping, and easy to access if you are planning to tour the whole island. The house is clean, very well maintained, with lots of extras. The owner is very helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to do business with. We enjoyed coming "home" every day to Bob (the cat), cooking a meal, eating/relaxing on the patio and/or watching a movie.
We toured the whole island with day trips to Diamond Head, USS Arizona Memorial/USS Missouri Battleship/USS Bowfin Submarine, snorkeling in Sharks Cove, Dole Plantation, the Kane aki Heiau Temple (located close to Makaha), Koalua Ranch, Macademia Nut Farm, the North Shore/Hale'iwa, boogie boarding at Kailua Beach, and more. It was great to visit the tourist locations by day and come home to quiet and relaxing at night.
We highly recommend this studio house!!

Great Place, Tony was Very helpfull

The apartment was roomy, very clean and quiet. We kept the windows open all the time to hear the birds (except one day in which my son recovered from a sunburn).

Walk to beach was short. Walk to the town was also short to pick up groceries or go out to eat. Everything was very new. The grill worked out great, other than we enjoyed grilling so much that we did not go out to eat much.

The beach area is great for 6 year to 10 year old children who like some surf. Actually I loved the beach area and it was a short walk from the house. I could sit and watch the wind surfers.

My son loved the playstation 3 which he played it all day one day while recovering from a mild sunburn.

Two flatscreen TVs with dvd players (one was in the playstation 3).

He has an outdoor shower to clean off when coming back from the beach. He let us use boogie boards and surf boards (we actually did not use the surf boards because the boogie boards were more fun).

He let us use a sea kayak that three of us used to paddle to flat island. (He took the kayak to a more convenient location for getting to the island.)

I cannot ensure he will do all this for others, but for us, he was there at a drop of the hat to help out with surf boards, kayak, to give recommendations or to answer questions.

This was such a spectacular place to stay in! It was very well supplied with all the necessities and many upgrades not normally found in rentals anywhere and the kitchen was beautiful, not to mention the two flat screens TVs with surround sound – great place to watch a movie at night time!. It was such a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the world famous beach. The backyard and barbecue was awesome. The thing I would recommend to others about this rental is to go...ENJOY.....because it was well worth it!! I received excellent service from Tony in regards to everything. Thanks for making my business / vacation trip enjoyable.
