Dont loose time getting in your car to go the beach or going out for dinner. Stay in this villa and have everything within very easy walking distance. Less than 2 minutes walking from the most beautiful beach of St. Martin, the famous beach restaurants ,and the vast choice of restaurants,bars and watersports, this very quiet villa (not directly on a street) with private pool and private secluded garden, has 3 spacious bedrooms and a living room/dining room. There is a separate toilet on the 1st floor and a recently added one on the 2nd floor., bringing the total on the 2nd floor to 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
The grocery store and French bakeries are only a 5 min walk. Optic fibre , satelite TV Very important to know that it has it s own water tank so regular local water cuts do not turn your holiday into a nightmare.
The outside terrace has dining space for 6 guests. Pool and garden are automatically lit for romantic evenings. BBQ
The quaint village of Orient Bay with its shops, grocery store , hairdresser, ice cream parlor and many restaurants is less than 5 minutes walking. In high season there is musical entertainment on the Village square.
Ideally for beach, but also for visiting the islands' both sides (French and Dutch, (Mullet bay golf course and casino's) located in the middle between Marigot and Philipsburg.
Perfect for family and friends reunions.

Everything you could want

The location of this beautiful villa is perfect. Close to the beach and the restaurants in the village. All the utensils for cooking were there however we chose to enjoy the many incredible restaurants and beach bars. Anna was a wonderful host and provided all the information we needed. Her warm welcome was much appreciated. We would stay here again without hesitation. Orient Bay is awesome! And the food is out of this world!

Excellent Villa near Orient Bay beaches in Saint Martin

Wonderful property with excellent location near Orient Bay beaches. Great host who lives nearby and so helpful. Perfect for families with full kitchen / pool and bedrooms. If you are looking to maximize your stay on Saint Martin I strongly recommend this Host / Owner and her wonderful property.

Wonderful host, great place!

We loved the villa! It is spacious, well kept. Kitchen well equipped with appliances, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, spices. Honestly we did not cook, you have plenty great restaurants bistros and deli in walking distance. Walk to the beach will take you 2 minutes. Beautiful beaches with white sand.Superb place! We enjoyed European, French vibe.Our favorite in Caribbean.Anna our host was wonderful and helpful!

St Martin

Over all we had a great time at Anna"s place. 4 minutes to beach 4 minutes to bars and lots of restaurants. Weather was hot every day so we did lots of beach days. There actually is lots to do in St Martin .island hoping zip lining hiking lots of great beaches and more. One thing to look out for depending where you are there can be lots of mosquitoes. Great place to go for a winter holiday.

Great stay

Close to everything we wanted We went to beaches or used the pool and plenty of restaurants nearby. Anna was in constant communication with us and took real good care of us.

Definitely more space in the living area and larger garden than any other property in this price range in Orient Bay. Large water tank for occasional water cuts in Orient Bay Unfortunately not suited for children under 12.
