Seaside oasis - Holiday home on a 500 sq.m garden property

Five minutes from the beach, the holiday home lies on a 500 sq.m garden property with 70 sq.m living and sleeping space and a 12 sq.m terrace to experience the outdoors. The facilities, designed to the owner's specifications, offer a comfortable holiday suite. The dining room ensemble, with a passway to the kitchen, is located behind the living room couch set laid out in front of the chimney. A large double bedroom and a small bedroom with two beds are separated from the living area by a glass door. Protection from insects with a mosquito net frame. Between the bedrooms are a bathroom and WC. The living area opens out onto a terrace, partially protected by palm fronds, ideal for sunbathing, barbecuing, and other recreational activities. Parking on the house entryway is no problem. The guarded entryway to the residence area, with a supermarket, payphone and post box, is three minutes away by car. We would be very happy to hear from you.

Durchwachsenes Ambiente

Die Lage ... I.O., die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten ... I.O., die Terrasse ... Top. Das Haus ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und müsste von Grund auf renoviert werden. Die Küche gehört ins Museum, das teuerste ist wahrscheinlich die Granitplatte. Die Dusche so klein das beim Bücken die Duschtür geöffnet werden muss. Das Wifi so langsam das mobile Daten in "E" schneller übertragen werden. Nur 2 Teelöffel für einen 4-Pers.-Aufenthalt, aber Teller für eine "Fussballmannschaft". Eine Rolle Klopapier (so dünn wie "Pergament") für 2 Personen / 6 Tage ist doch etwas wenig ... Und zuallerletzt die Matratzen, die abgewohnt sind und sinnvollerweise ausgetauscht werden sollten. Positiv: Alle Geräte und Steckdosen haben funktioniert. D.h. ein Ferienhäuschen für Individualisten, die keinen großen Wert auf Qualität und gehobenen Anspruch legen. Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis muß hinterfragt werden.

Charmante maison

Chouette habitation près d’une jolie crique, juste bien pour 4. Terrasse très agréable. Bonne gestion et réceptivité des loueurs. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Séjour très agréable dans la maison avec terrasse très ombragée.

Endroit très calme pour se reposer en en famille. Confort très agréable, petit bémol par rapport à l’annonce, prévoir plutôt 650 mètres pour descendre à la plage et non 200 mètres, sachant que les pentes sont raides ... prévoir peut être un petit charriot pour transporter les affaires de plage 🏖👍😉.
