Our property is beautifully maintained because it's where we like to vacation, too. All carefully cleaned and freshly sanitized with a full laundry and weekly maid service. Our Guest House features a desk, office chair, high speed internet/WIFI, a printer and a professional setting plus plenty of quiet for the perfect remote private work or school space.
Come experience for yourselves the crashing waves thrilling and calming both at once at this private Malibu Beach villa just 6 miles to/from Santa Monica. Wake to the sounds of the surf and the sights of dolphins and pelicans at play with over 60' of beachfront viewed from EVERY room and much more privacy than most Malibu beach properties with its gated entrance.
French doors open onto both a huge sundeck and glassed-in stone patio with beach entrance, built-in BBQ and koi ponds. Stunning, hand-carved teak throughout and Asian antiques distinguish this craftsman home with elegant simplicity and sophistication.
There is free off-street parking for up to 3 cars and to supplement the fireplace in winter and ocean breezes in summer, we have Central Heating and AirConditioning, as well.
The Living Room features a cozy fireplace and oceanside dining area. A huge Master Suite with King bed for 2, double-shower and ample closets is light and airy with antique glass skylights and a Sun/Sitting Room with floor-to-ceiling picture windows which can sleep an extra 1. A separate guest room with ocean views, flat-screen TV and private shower bath sleeps 2, and a convertible den with built-in beds comfortably sleeps 3 single overnight guests.
Further Details: Lots of closet space, big flat screen TV's, built-in Fire Magic BBQ and don't overlook the waterfall shower bathroom with stone floor and sink.
Enjoy the high speed WiFi, Amazon Prime and Netflix at your fingertips. 3 flat-screen TV's, large walk-in master closet, washer and dryer.
A garden wall with an authentic Japanese garden provides the utmost privacy. At-home chefs will delight in the kitchen with built-ins, including a sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range and microwave including more craftsman touches in hand-carved teak kitchen cabinets, wet bar and inset stone floor.
Children are very welcome but for the enjoyment of all our guests, we do not accept pets or smokers, inside or out.
No need to fumble with door codes or lock boxes, our Property Manager will be on hand to welcome you, show you around, answer any questions and give you the keys!

Amazing beach front location

We adore Malibu which is why we chose this home. We loved how much character the house has and the sound of the ocean just outside our window. While the weather was terrible during our visit we still enjoyed the fire in the fireplace and exploring the tide pools in front of the house at low tide.

Malibu dreams

A beautiful house right on the beach, with so much character, Japanese style and design detail. We had 5 adults which worked really well in the property. For two couples would be fantastic. The main bedroom suite with huge bed, double shower and a day room overlooking the beach is amazing. Waking up to dolphins, pelicans and the seals each morning was a great way to start the day. The layout of the house worked well for us and would do for two couples and two/ three younger children. Great location equally between Malibu Pier and Santa Monica was just where we wanted to be to explore LA whilst chilling by the sea. We hope to be back as soon as we can!

Malibu Beach Reunion

Our family had a wonderful stay in the ninth of July at Ann’s beach house . The home is well attended and sits right on the ocean with expansive decks and windows with views from every room . Ann and team were very welcoming and responsive to our every need. We will be visiting this home again !

Wonderful spot in Malibu

My husband and I were visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving week and thought it would be great to rent a house directly on the beach in Malibu. We rented a gem of a house: right on the beach, close to Malibu and Santa Monica, and very private. We had everything we needed, and the property manager (who met us at the house when we checked in) was very helpful. We most certainly will be back!

Great property

Lovely location…right on the water. We saw lots of dolphins close by! Low tide exposes the beach for several hours daily. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck in the afternoons. The house is slightly tucked back on PCH and has its own parking which makes it super convenient. The grotto shower was awesome! The interior could do with some upgrades but overall the house was enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Growing up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay, I fell in love with living on the water. I recreated that for myself on the sands of Malibu Beach with its crashing waves, arching dolphins, stunning starfish and diving pelicans.
