Located on the West side of Kea (Tzia) island, set above the amazing Xyla Bay, the property offers stunning sea and sunset views and an idyllic beach with blue-green translucent waters just a stroll down by feet. The villa is part of a complex designed by famous Greek architect A. Tompazis. Inside, the décor is an exercise in uncluttered tranquillity, its main elements being the rough white-painted stone of the walls and the grey polished cement that create a harmonising flow. The owner, being in the interior design business himself, created a monochrome aesthetic with surprising injections of color, that make the house feel warm and welcoming. Outdoors, every single detail has been given great importance: from the unwind large pergola shaded terrace where one can relax, enjoy alfresco dinner and hang-out with friends, to the bbq and the open-air shower. The villa’s small garden, carefully designed by the owners, has a large variety of native plants that offer aroma, colour and eye satisfaction.
