ENTER THE NINJA RANCH, and leave having vested, tested and rested your inner Ninja! The ranch is nestled on 2.5 acres and located in the town of Joshua Tree, gateway to the awe inspiring national park in the magical Mojave. The Ninja Ranch is located just 1/4 mile off Highway 62, within 300 yards off the park boundary, 1 mile from the Indian Cove Park Entrance and directly between the Park's West and East entrances, allowing you to easily access every aspect it has to offer during your stay!
A comfortable and well appointed ranch where modern design meets homesteader tradition, the Ninja Ranch has just completed the third phase in its' evolution. It will grow over the years with new amenities and a vision for a community of ninjas who return to further their training year after year and season after season! Summer 2013 brought new floors throughout, fresh paint, a new patio doors and screen doors in the entire house! In 2014 a 800sf patio renovation including 500sf of covered patio looking into the national park and a rarely found amenity of garbage disposal and dishwasher for desert rental properties. SECLUDED AND HIGHLY ACCESSIBLE, with few neighbors, yet an easy 1/4 mile road to Highway 62 and nearby restaurants, yoga studios, shops after a day in the park. Bouldering, running, biking, hiking, gentle walks and wildlife (coyotes, quail, roadrunner, tortoise) can be found right outside the ranch gates. The south facing yard is made for relaxing. Extraordinary sweeping 360 degree views greet you from every side with stunning sunsets and night skies with star showers daily. We do not allow pets to ensure guests with allergies, particularly children, have a healthy space to stay and play.
The immediate property is fully gated, with a barbecue, picnic table, teak lounge chairs and a fire pit. Inside find a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, fire place, gas heat, swamp cooler and ceiling fan, linens, 34' HDTV and DVD/CD player, ninja games and a small library await.
The ranch sleeps a maximum of 6 and is perfect for a 3 couple getaway, girls weekend, or up to two small families. No exceptions due to an on site above ground water supply system. There are three bedrooms in the home, each with a queen bed. One opens to the south view, the other two to the north (one with direct access to the second bathroom, and one with a giant skylight over the bed for star shows nightly). Vaulted ceilings in the great room and a large sectional sofa provides alternate sleeping opportunities. Dining table for 6, and adjacent sitting area for 3 by the fire. The rental provides access to the first floor of the property in an open floor plan in the main living area. The owner's area/storage loft is excluded from guest access.
We are on a self contained water unit, and have a neighbor who values the seclusion of the Magical Mojave as much as we do. Therefore large groups and parties are not a match for the Ninja Ranch. The property is leased via a signed rental agreement and requires acknowlegement of the Ranch Guide and lease terms. Payment is easily handled via the online payment system. I make a personal contact with each person I rent to and do my best to ensure your stay is pure mojave ninja magic. Ninja Ranch is a super special place that loves super people.

The small town of Joshua Tree has a radically high ratio of lovely, creative folks. The wide open surroundings are inspiring. I had been looking for a place with some space, adjacent to the park. I fell in love with the ranch in a ninja minute.

The property is located: adjacent to the Joshua Tree National Park Boundary; one mile from Indian Cove and directly between the Joshua Tree and 29 Palms park entrances. One neighbor within 150 acres of the Ranch makes it a secluded and quiet experience, but just 1/4 mile off the main thoroughfare of Hwy 62 (29 Palms Highway) makes it incredibly easy access. Incredible sweeping 360 degree views. We do not allow pets to ensure guests and particularly children with allergies have a healthy spot to stay and play.
Amenities include dishwasher, 800sf patio, fire pit, BBQ, games, guitar, 32' TV and DVD player. Towels and sheets provided for the number of guests booked. The rental access includes 3 queen beds in three bedrooms, ample sitting and eating areas. Two bathrooms, one with extra long clawfoot shower over tub. Beautifully appointed with new fixtures and appliances. The perfect place to unplug for a weekend away from it all, and the perfect location to access all The National Park has to offer.
