CLEANING FEE:
We charge a one time cleaning fee of $100.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We require a $ 300, $500 or $1000 as security deposit due at reservation.
RENTAL PAYMENTS:
Total payment in cash is due on day of arrival.
NON SMOKING APARTMENT:
This is a non smoking apartment.
CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS:
All cancellations must be in writing and you may lose your security deposit if we cannot rerent the apartment for the days that were reserved.
CHECK-IN & OUT:
The time of check-in is 4 PM and time of Check-out is at 12 PM.
But we can be flexible if we do not have another renter coming.
