This is exciting, believe me! To stay in a 3-bedroom accommodation in the heart of Haymarket for a visit to London has to be fabulous. Her Majesty’s theater is just down the street. Theatre Royal is just a few doors down from this flat. One evening, you can see PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and the next evening you must see Ralph Fiennes in the TEMPEST–all just out your door. Wander to your corner and turned left, and you will be right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus; turn right and you are in Leicester Square. For theater people, you are right in the midst of it all–and I mean all. THIS IS THE REAL LONDON where you can walk everywhere, avoiding taxi costs and long tube rides. Exciting stuff. The accommodation itself is on the first floor, one flight of stairs, over a very historic shop. There are three double bedroom, all with queen size beds, built in cupboards, and lots of light. The master bedroom is to the back of the building and has an en suite bathroom–perfect! The other 2 double bedrooms share the second bahroom which has shower, tub, wash hand basin, and loo. The kitchen is fantastic with all machines including washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster–everything. There is a great deal of work space. The lounge has been redone. It is a large space, lots of light, comfortable furniture, and interesting wall photos of London. It is colorful and very comfortable. Even though you are in the heart of London, you will not realize this when inside the property because all the windows have double glazing. Wow! This is a fabulous opportunity. Open the door, and there is London, ready for a visit. When considering the budget, size, and incredible location, this is an outstanding option.

In the Middle of Everything

Absolutely wonderful. We were traveling with 3 kids and the size of the flat was perfect for the 5 of us. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and had a very modern feel. We took full advantage of the washing machine and kitchen.

The awesome location cannot be over-emphasized. Great dining options nearby, convenient grocery shopping a block away, (Tesco, Whole Foods), and so many tourist destinations are only a short walk. Our touristy highlights included the Churchill War Rooms, the British Museum, the London Eye, Westminster Abby, and St Paul’s Cathedral, all of which were within easy walking distance (including the 500+ steps to the top of St Paul’s… a good way to start the day). We also caught a City Cruises ride on the Thames from the London Eye to Greenwich (and back) for a visit to the Royal Observatory and to stand astride the Prime Meridian. We did opt for a trip on the Tube for our tour of the Tower of London.

The closest thing to a complaint we could find is with the wireless internet connection. Our family of iPhones and iPads overwhelmed the connection, but the fix was to simply reboot the modem, which we did on multiple occasions. #firstworldproblems

The let-in person was helpful, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. We also took advantage of their driver, who made great conversation on the state of English football on our trip to Heathrow.

Our friends recommended this flat based on their stay the previous year and they were spot on. It’s hard to imagine a better location. The flat at 3-33 Coventry will be our first choice on our next trip to London.

Central Cozy

We had a WONDERFUL stay! The apartment is well located, clean, bright and comfortable. It was perfect for our family. While there is street noise, which is to be expected given the central location, it was not as bad. We would definitely stay again! The location had something for everyone. Perfect place to stay with our teenagers. Everything was within walking distance. We had a spectacular time!
