Welcome to your private paradise at our five-bedroom oceanfront villa! Nestled between the resort towns of Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay on Jamaica's North Coast, our exquisite 7,500 sq ft home offers a truly Jamaican experience. With a stunning infinity-edge pool just off the spacious covered veranda and surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this secluded haven awaits you at Chukka Cove Polo Club and Farm.

As you enter 'Brown Shuggah,' you'll be captivated by its meticulous design and attention to detail. The house features three indoor courtyards that seamlessly blend nature with the warm and inviting interior. Combining elements of a Farm House, Great House, and Caribbean villa, this unique property exudes charm and sophistication.

Unlike the vast all-inclusive resorts, our villa sits on a large lawn area, providing a tranquil environment for your stay. Adjacent to the villa are six privately owned villas, offering a sense of community. Embrace the sounds of nature as you wake up to the sounds of the Caribbean Sea and serenade yourself with the enchanting songs of crickets in the evening. Take leisurely walks around the polo field, observing majestic horses returning home or grazing peacefully. We have two friendly dogs, Lola and Major, who reside on the property but will respect your space. However, if you have any allergies, rest assured that we can accommodate them in a separate area away from the house.

Your private paradise comprises a master suite with an ensuite bathroom, a sitting room, and an outdoor shower. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views from the master suite's living area, complete with comfortable couches and a coffee table—pure bliss for starting your day or unwinding in the evening. The second bedroom opens directly onto the veranda and pool area, also featuring an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom offers captivating mountain views. The fourth bedroom boasts two queen beds and connects to the TV room and the east courtyard. Bedroom 5, with its ensuite bathroom and doors opening to stunning ocean views, is situated right next to the pool.

Beyond the bedrooms, the villa offers two additional living rooms—one situated between two open courtyards (the orchid-west and tropical-east). Large glass folding doors connect these spaces to the expansive furnished covered veranda, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Other features include a powder room, a dining room, a TV room, and a small gym overlooking the front garden, equipped with an elliptical and free weights and space to do yoga should you like. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the breakfast nook, both offering picturesque views of the front gardens and the indoor orchid courtyard. You'll also find an outdoor seating and dining area beneath the shade of the almond tree, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gentle breeze or stargazing.

The dramatic and extensive cliffs at Chukka Cove beckon exploration and the soothing sound of waves crashing ashore. On calm days, a ladder provides easy access to the clear waters below. Additionally, we have a small sandy cove on the property, providing a safe and delightful swimming and playing area for young children. When seeking calmer waters during days of larger swells, a leisurely minute's walk along the edge of the polo field will lead you to the breathtaking Chukka Bay—a sheltered bay where swimming, snorkeling, and cliff jumping await.

During your stay, our dedicated and attentive staff members will be at your service to ensure an exceptional experience. Sophia, our meticulous housekeeper, will ensure the villa remains spotless, creating a clean and inviting atmosphere for you to enjoy. Marlon, our talented and skilled personal chef, takes pleasure in preparing a delightful array of meals for you, featuring both authentic Jamaican and International dishes. Additionally, he will be more than happy to assist you in planning and ordering groceries, which can conveniently be delivered and paid for at the house. Your Butler, Sharndee, will expertly manage all the details in between, allowing you to relax and fully immerse yourself in your vacation without worry. Bryan, our dedicated gardener, not only tends to the lush landscaping, keeping it beautiful, but also takes care of our canine friends, ensuring they are well looked after during your stay. • Please note that until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Our rates are flexible and may vary depending on the number of bedrooms occupied. Rest assured, when you book with us, you will have the entire house to yourselves, providing privacy and comfort. In the event you only require three or four bedrooms, we can adjust the rate accordingly, with certain conditions applying.

• Our standard rates are designed for up to 10 guests. If your group exceeds this number, there will be an additional fee of US$100 per person per night over 10 people.
