This hidden treasure is tucked away within the private community of Coastal Condominiums, yet just a minutes' walk to the beautiful Wells Beach. Enjoy a fun & relaxing day at the beach or settle back in the unit or relax out on the covered patio or in the picnic area where there are two BBQ grills for your convenience. Park your car for the duration of your getaway or venture off and visit the many nearby shops & restaurants. For nature lovers, visit Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge and the Wells Estuarine Research Reserve, an approximate 10-minute drive from the condo. The marina at the end of the street offers local boat charters for fishing or kayaking. Venture just north or south and visit the famous towns of Portland and Oguinquit, etc., and all they have to offer.

Cozy, Clean, and Great Location

My friends from England enjoyed this beautifully decorated beach condo. It is small but is perfectly outfitted to provide “at-home” convenience just steps from the beach!

The property was great! It was clean and well equipped and the location was terrific. Bud and Laura were there to meet us and were easy to get in touch with.

Clean, Organized, Comfortable

The property was in the perfect location! It was a minute walk to the beach and a three minute walk to the shops at the end of Mile Road. Bud met myself and my boyfriend at the property to welcome us to Wells and he was easily available when we needed his assistance during our stay. The property was very well maintained and clean! It had everything we needed in there from pots and pans to coffee machines, etc. My boyfriend and I are hoping to book the property again next year for our family vacation!
