About this property

This sunny, super cool minimal studio has just been refurbished in the summer of 2015. It is equipped with a flat screen TV, WiFi, full kitchen, rain shower/wc/, and a delightful terrace laced with purple/pink bougainvillea where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning. There a white linen clad double bed which become two single beds as well. Pick up/drop off from the airport can also be arranged for a small fee and our delightful reception here will take you to the apartment and show you around and is then available for anything you need during working hours.

I mostly live here all summer and I, or a member of our team, are always near by anyone that stays here also gets free concierge service meaning I can help them out with anything they may need, advice around the island, a dinner reservation, anything that will make your stay better and all from a local, I am just a phone call or whatsapp away. :-) So come and see the coolest island on the map in Greece and enjoy this one bedroom little haven set in the most convenient part of town...You wont be disappointed!

★There are several parkings right near the studio and some of them offer free parking when you rent a car from them as well★

★Please Note: ★ The studio has just undergone full refurbishment and is brand new! It is complete with new grey cement floors, new bathroom (re installed with brand new rain shower, shower, toilet, sink, taps etc.)
Kitchen also built in cement with fully equipped amenities. Think minimal, clean, simple and new★

★When you make an inquiry, HomeAway calculates the total price for you including any extras, such as a security deposit for any unforeseen damages. This is then returned to you from Homeaway. I have set up HomeAways payment plan to provide more security and trust from my clients as they do not release my funds to me until you are safely in the property, however if you prefer you can also make a bank transfer. Wonderful studio right in the heart of Mykonos, yet peaceful.

Wonderful property, quiet, cool, ( there IS aircon by the way - brand new), with the added bonus of a shared swimming pool. 5 mins walk from the hustle of the old town, yet quiet and secluded. best shower on the trip, too ! Chiana was very swift with all responses, and the studio was immaculate.

Great central studio in Mkyonos with lovely pool

Apartment was nicely designed and comfortable, exactly as per the photos Balcony was lovely for sunshine and view of the local architecture was gorgeous Pool was big, beautiful and quiet Location perfect - less than 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants etc Would definitely come back

Amazing place !

What a great apartment to stay in - the location is superb! It was a pleasure to communicate with Chiana, she is an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable, good for relaxing. We loved our stay and would like to visit again one day. Highly recommended! Thanks!

Quiet space just steps from town

We loved Chiana's place - it was just a quick walk of a few minutes to everything in Mykonos town, but was tucked back in a quiet apartment complex that was a nice respite during the day. We loved having breakfast on the balcony, and this apartment had everything we needed. Chiana was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had issues (and provided some good restaurant recommendations to guests.) Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be in town but have a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day.

Homeaway è una sicurezza. Ho prenotato questo residence che sull'annuncio pareva fantastico. Devo dire che live è ancora meglio. Completamente ristrutturato. Arredamento chic e moderno. Bagno in pietra con ampia doccia. Ogni sorta di comfort a disposizione. Bellissimo terrazzino vista piscina dove fare colazione e godersi un pò di sole.Disponibilità da parte del personale ad esaudire ogni richiesta. La posizione è centrale, in pochi passi si può raggiungere il centro di Mykonos. Dovessi tornare sull'isola sicuramente prenoterò la stessa sistemazione.

Why they chose this property

This apartment was my grandmothers and though I have since refurbished it from scratch it always reminds me of her and all my memories in it growing up on the island. It is a little oasis of peace and quiet and it is sentimental as she lived a great love story in this little tiny house for 25 years! I have lived there in the past and it is perfect for a couple or two friends. It is quiet and cozy and next to everything. It is also very safe and well maintained.

What makes this property unique

Eating your breakfast on the little bougainvillaea laced terrace, chilling in the quiet sleepy afternoons, secure night guard security throughout summer, close to absolutely EVERYTHING. :-)
