Beautiful villa situated inside Adele village, only 2 km away from the beach-side and 7 km away from Rethymno town. Can accommodate 7 persons and provides a spacious living room with dining area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer and all necessary appliances and an area with billiard, books and games. Also you will find a washing machine, satellite TV, DVD player and air condition units in all bedrooms. The villa has an energy fireplace and in floor heating and cooling which makes it ideal for holidays all year. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
In the garden there is a private swimming pool and sun beds and barbecue with wood oven. Also there is a parking space.

About the host

I studied Law and I am working as a lawyer. I used to live in Athens but decided to return to Rethymno my home town and start renting this villa. I have two little children and Crete is ideal for families to live. I like travelling, cinema movies, rock music. This villa was built in 2012 for me and my family to live in but we decided to rent it for tourists. It took its name after my little daughter, Anastasia, who could not tell her full name when asked and was using the short 'Sia' !
