Park your car and stroll everywhere! This newly remodelled fabulous beach cottage features a new designer custom kitchen, new bathrooms (including a jacuzzi tub in the master suite), new flooring, window treatments, paint, new furniture, new everything! Also includes a large 'California Room' (a roofed back patio, draped, furnished, nicely lit, heated, with a flat screen TV.) Gas BBQ. Outside seating and outside firepit. Plus, an additional private and intimate back patio off the master suite, with large lounger, speakers, and romantic strung lights.
Internet TV with free NETFLIX account, and access to Pandora, Hulu, etc. Audio system to all areas of the home - inside and out.
4 BIKES! 4 BOOGIE BOARDS! 2 SURFBOARDS! 7 Beach Chairs, 1 Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels for everyone and a cooler for a great day at the beach.
Come back from the beach, wash off in the outdoor shower, relax by the outdoor fire-pit and then BBQ on your outdoor grill or take a short stroll downtown to one of San Clemente's great little restaurants.
This is the perfect quiet, relaxing vacation. Please note: this is NOT a 'party house.' The maximum number of guests allowed is 7 at any time. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The residents are very welcoming and enjoy visitors - we would like to keep it that way.

Why Kellie chose San Clemente
We chose to buy this vacation rental because it is near our own home. We think it is a fabulous area. It is a short walk to the beach, as well as downtown Del Mar Ave. with great shopping and restaurants. Avenida Cadiz is a wonderful street with friendly and welcoming neighbors. Visitors always want to return.
What makes this house unique
The most unique benefit of our Avenida Cadiz property would be the feeling of comfort and belonging. Although San Clemente sees many visitors, Cadiz is a quiet street with mostly permanent residents. These residents are friendly and welcoming yet not instrusive. As you sit out front with a glass of wine or even walk your dog down the street, you'll encounter friendly hellos and pleasant small talk.
The fabulous central location is also a unique benefit. In less than 10 minutes, you can walk to the beach, the pier, or downtown Del Mar Avenue. The beaches are beautiful, the shopping is unique and the restaurants are first class.
