3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4)

Beautifully decorated and fully furnished. Swimming pool, private dock for fishing located across the two lane street on the Intracoastal Waterway, which the boats and dolphins use to go up and down the coast. We are located on 'The Narrows' which has buildings only on the West or Gulf side of Gulf Blvd. This is unique as it is the only 1/2 mile long area between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach that has water on both sides. White sandy, near private beach with awesome sunsets and you can watch the sun rise over Intracoastal Waterway. Water views from all balconies.

This is the perfect place for a single, couple or family getaway. Nearby restaurants, boat rentals, shopping, movies, major attractions, etc. Perfect for family or corporate retreats. Call from 9-9 ET daily for availability.

Swim toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and fishing gear all on hand. Grab your bathing suit and head for the sun. You will love it here.

Location: We are located directly west of Tampa about 20 miles. Tampa Airport is about 35 minutes drive.

This place was recommended by a family member and we have been coming back every year for the past 5-6 years. Joyce's is a very private and clean place to stay. Great place to go with young kids or just to get away. Love the private pool and beach. Close to all area attractions.

My family and I wanted to enjoy a beach get a way without the big crowds. We were pleasantly surprised to have the setting that Joyce's Place has. The condos were very clean and had all the amenities and more. The beach is one of the nicest along the west coast of Florida. There are restaurants within walking distance. We found Joyce's Place truly peaceful and look forward to our next family gathering there. Thank you for the place to create lots of family memories.

Water on both sides-sunrise and sunset, pool in backyard. We rented one and were all by ourselves. I can see this would be a fun place for family reunions. Just three units and the whole place is yours. Great beaches, clean, secluded, no crowds, amenities all nearby. Would definatly go and use again.

We rented the 3/2 and loved it...we could see the sun come up from the bay balcony and the sunset from the Gulf Balcony, the pool was perfect, my kids loved the game area for night activities..the kitchen was great for entertaining and of course the big plus was our private elevator...we are looking forward to returning next year!
