An Unforgettable opportunity to experience Barcelona, staying in a unique design apartment. This flat has an exquisite taste. Each room has its own character giving the flat a great atmosphere.

The flat is located in Rambla Poblenou St. (pedestrian street). This street is the core of the Poblenou neighborhood. There are many cafes and nice restaurants. It is one of the most commercial streets in Barcelona.

Just a few minutes on foot down the Rambla Poblenou you have the beach of Barcelona and the Olympic Harbour. On walking distance you can also visit some of the icons of Barcelona: The famous Sagrada Familia by Antonio Gaudi. From there you can walk up on Gaudi´s Ave. to the Sant Pablo’s Hospital another icon of the Art Noveau in Barcelona. The modern Agbar tower is 5 min on foot, this modern building designed by Jean Nouvel that holds the water company. Some nights of the week it’s illuminated with color lights.

The flat itself is 123 sqm (1345sqf). It has two double rooms each with a queen bed and a full bathroom (bathtub). There is a third bedroom with a queen bed available if needed. The main bedroom boasts a large windowed balcony with a Elizabethan style armchair, from where you will have the chance to see how life flows on Rambla Poblenou. The large living room is devoted to details and to a mixture of styles. A smart use of color on the walls creates the necessary warmth, then the designer furniture, the leather couch, a Bose sound surround system and a large plasma TV, are the punch, the ingredients that will make you fall in love with this home. The walls have been thought by an interior designer to give the flat that very stylish look. It took us more than a year to plan all the areas. Every piece of furniture is intended to be special for the room its located. The kitchen is a paradise of gadgets: refrigerator with TV, wine cooler, washing machine, dryer and all the gadgets you need to cook as a chef.

The Rambla poblenou is a very dynamic Street with lots of local shops, nice cafes and restaurants. Close to the beach and very handy to get to the city center.

A Unique design apartment. It took us more than a year to plan all the areas. Every piece of furniture is intended to be special for the room its located. Very warm atmosphere for your stay. We would define it as a Boutique apartment.

EVERYTHING WAS BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! SUPERB UNIT! FANTASTIC LOCATION!

This was an incredibly memorable vacation. Victor's Dad (Don Miguel) greeted us and gave us a tour of the unit. He offered to organize excursions. The unit is completely equipped with anything you might need. My wife and 7-year old daughter had a vacation of their life thanks to this condo. It is located in a more secluded but exclusive "rambla". We would not have wanted to stay near the more popular one as we prefer to be where the locals are. And that is exactly what we found. But I digress. The unit is modern and has every amenity a traveler may wish for. It is private, quiet, and close to major arteries to take you anywhere in town. This is what Barcelona is all about. We stayed for a week but are planning to stay an entire month next year. Thank you Victor, Miguel and Angles. You certainly made our stay one of the best vacations ever. And we travel quite a lot. Thank you!!!

PERFECT FOR US!

I have been renting private homes, villas and apartments all of my life . My parents did it when I was growing up and I have always traveled this way as an adult. I am always in search of the total experience which includes the neighborhood and environment around the property. This apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was fantastic. We loved coming home to the apartment and the many sidewalk cafés on the tree lined avenue at the end if a busy day of sightseeing. The best thing of all though was Victor and the enormous amount of advice and help he offered prior to our trip. He recommended the greatest places to eat, things to do and see and was always quick to respond to any request. In all my travels , I have never had anyone be this helpful. We were well taken care of.
We also hired Eddie to be our driver on the Costa Brava and he was terrific.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this very nice and well kept apartment.

This is a very nice apartment, which we found to be comfortable for six people and very much as presented. It was clean, relatively quiet, and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, with a pleasant street made for strolling, convenient access to subway transport and a short walk to the beach. There is a market down the street and a wonderful bakery next door. We paid extra for wine to be stocked and are glad we did, as they were excellent. The booking process was handled in a friendly and professional manner, and making all the arrangements with the necessary communications worked smoothly.We are so glad we stayed here during our time in Barcelona and would definitely recommend this to prospective visitors.

PERFECT APARTMENT IN A PERFECT LOCATION

The apartment is very clean and exceptionally well decorated. Everything we needed from expresso coffee maker to audio equipment was there and in perfect working order. The layout worked very well for grandparents, mother and father and two kids. Enough space for privacy and a big living/dining room for together times. The balcony looks out on the street which was fun to watch. We loved the location since it was away from the touristy areas which can get overwhelming, yet with plenty of "natives" walking up and down the rambla del poblenou, stopping for food and drink at the many many cafes. We liked being able to walk to the beach from our apartment in about 10-15 minutes. Metro service is close by and will take you anywhere. A very nice touch were the strawberries, bananas, coffee, and wine waiting for us when we arrived. Victor was also available by email to answer all of our questions and needs. We also liked being able to go down for fresh breads every morning at the next door bakery!

Rambla del Poblenou is one of the most enchanting commercial Boulevards of Barcelona. Its nice cozy cafes and nice restaurants where to have al fresco lunch or dinner makes this avenue a fantastic place to pass your vacation. Its very close to the Old town but you won't feel as crowded with tourists here. This nice Boulevard has lots of delicatessen shops, nice fruit stores and organic markets.

Its a pleasure to walk down la Rambla to the beach promenade. You can eat Paella relaxed at one of its nice restaurants and see the real Barcelona way of live.
