Perfectly designed and with such attention to detail, this property will simply take your breath away! 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and over 5000 square feet in size; you simply won’t know what to look at next. Couple the incredible design and style with the sheer space both inside and out then you have the perfect blend to ensure a truly marvelous stay.

Situated in the highly popular borough of Chiswick, a leafy suburb tucked safely within West London and a refuge for the city’s rich and famous; it’s an ideal location for families of all sizes!

A mere 10 minute walk from the nearest underground station, this house is situated on a street lined with elegant period properties of all sizes. On approach the house is exquisite with its double Victorian façade and stained glass entrance. As you pass over the threshold a meticulously restored original tiled hallway leads the eye down through the heart of the house, through the vast sliding glass wall, out over the sweeping lawn and down towards the end of the secluded garden. The area towards the rear of the house spans the entire width of the property and houses the large kitchen,dining and living areas. In keeping with the vastness of the area the sliding glass wall can be rolled back to blur the line between home and garden. With the wall retracted the entire room is now part of the garden, pure perfection for the warmer months! Encompassed in this space is a seating area focused on an enormous flat screen TV concealed within its own chic floor to ceiling wooden unit. At the heart of this area is a long wooden dining table, seating 10 comfortably and looking out across the garden it has the perfect view for all mealtimes!

A spectacular monolith of marble greets you as you progress towards the kitchen, housing the sink and offering an expanse of worktop space and many cupboards underneath. The sheen of the wooden cupboards along the wall neatly concealing the entire kitchen within them, are offset by the stone tiled floors which run the entire width of the house within this room. The kitchen is perfectly equipped regardless of whether you wish to serve a cordon bleu inspired meal or are just putting together something quickly before heading out to catch the latest show. With integral appliances including an oven, microwave, warming ovens, coffee machine, a soda stream or a highly modern convection hob, you will want for nothing!

A child’s playroom is located next to the kitchen and set back from the main living space, where another TV, PlayStation, and some toys and games are located, all of which any smaller guests are welcome to use during their stay. There is also a WC off the hall for convenience.

Throughout the house there is SKY satellite TV available in nearly all of the rooms offering guests all the channels, films and sports they could wish for. In addition to this are the numerous X-box's, Apple TVs, and Blu ray players, all of which are available for guests to use. If music is more to your taste there is a SONOS sound systems throughout the property where you can choose to listen to Spotify or your own devices allowing you to listen to whatever you want in whichever of the rooms you desire at the press of a button. The drawing room is the last room on this floor and houses another TV, two period fireplaces and some wonderful sumptuous seating. This room has two distinct areas both of which are home to pieces which are as much works of art as they are comfortable furniture. The perfect space to relax for all of the family!

The basement of the property houses a utility room with a washer, dryer, a drying cabinet and a chest top freezer.

Leading up to the first floor are the first three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bed is beautifully appointed with a super king sized bed, two bedside tables, a flat screen TV expertly concealed behind an antique mirror (which has its own remote to operate) and dressing room leading off. The en suite bathroom boasts its own freestanding bath, a walk in power shower, sink and WC. The further two bedrooms are luxurious in size and both offer king sized double beds, wooden parquet floor and bedside tables. The bathroom in between the two rooms is another beautifully decorated room with mint green tiles, a bath and separate power shower, twin sinks and WC.

The top floor of the property has a wonderful cream colored bathroom with its classy black and white tiled floor, free standing bath, twin sinks and WC. the bathroom is flanked by a further two double bedrooms tucked into the eaves, both identically decorated and equally spacious.

Outside you will find a huge lawn and patio. the patio has classic all weather sofa's and makes a great place to sit and chat, enjoy a drink in the evening or perhaps an informal meal at fresco whilst all the while maintaining the seclusion and privacy that one

Chiswick is one of the most popular and prosperous boroughs in London with families and professionals alike. Mainly due to its huge array of cafes, restaurants and delis. The area has many beautiful areas to explore such as the gardens of Chiswick House, (a lavish baroque villa that was built in 1729), Chiswick Mall which lines the banks of the river Thames with pubs and restaurants and the listed Gunnersbury Park with its two ancient houses.

A short taxi ride from Kensington; as well as being conveniently located on the District line, where you can catch a tube straight into central London! You will find this area ideally located for access to Kensington and Chelsea and further on, Oxford Street can be reached in 30 minutes.
