Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat guests at this condo (7 years). We feel very comfortable here and like the unit. We are already booked for Nov and next March. Sharon & Taylor are always helpful if any issues. Our biggest drawback would be that the pool & deck need a deep cleaning (drained & power washed) Just gets worst every time we come. Other than that, we love Oceanside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the unit for the second year in a row. Each stay was three weeks. We love the unit and its location. We like to have guests stay with us for part of our time. So having the second bedroom with two queen sized beds is fabulous. One of my favorite parts is how comfortable the living room is. There is a sofa (3 seats, 2 with recliners), a loveseat (2 seats, both recliners) and a comfy reclining chair. So five reclining chairs in call. The balcony has plenty of comfortable seating as well. There is a high-top table with four swivel chairs to look at the water over the railing. There is additional lower seating (a lounger and one or two,I can’t remember, chairs) that look under the railing. The kitchen has everything we need. One petty complaint is the lack of enough small spoons. The view of the water is excellent. The pool is heated and feels good in the winter months when the gulf water is still too cold to enjoy. The hot tub is also great. We used the gas grill near the hot tub as well. Assigned parking spots are tight but covered. The location is great with several restaurants and bars within short walking distance. Also an ice cream place with well more than 100 flavors to choose from. The beach is very walkable with firm sand near the water and softer sand closer to the building. Overall a great place to stay. Communication with the rental office was easy as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good experience with Seaside Property Shoppe and the Oceanside condo. Seaside let us know before we arrived that some work was being done on the beach in front of the original condo we booked. They gave us some options and the Oceanside condo was very nice. It is right on the beach and within east walking distance to many good restaurants and shops. We had a little Wi-Fi connection problem upon arrival but the property shoppe quickly helped with that and all was good. We enjoyed using the hot tub at the condo. We also appreciated the complimentary products in the bathrooms and kitchen. The weather wasn’t quite as warm and sunny as we would have liked but it was way better than Indiana and we still enjoyed walking on the beach. Overall our visit was very good!
