This beautiful and spacious villa is furnished to a very high standard with 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, TV/DVD/iPod Doc & Hairdryer. The only house on the complex with an additional mezzanine bedroom. Views across the harbour from the luscious gardens and patio; private dockage and pool.

Ground Floor: The spacious open-plan ground floor comprises kitchen, dining room, living room (TV/DVD/iPodDoc) and open air patio plus a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. French doors lead onto a waterfront patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats. Bedrooms are on the first and second floors and this is the only house with an additional mezzanine floor. The villa has its own jetty on to The Harbour (great for late night fishing). Gardens are fully landscaped with lush tropical foliage and an outdoor swimming pool . There are cable TV/DVD & iPOD docs in each bedroom, WiFi and A/C on all floors. Maid service: Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm.

Your visit will be supported by our local agent who can help you arrange whatever you want (car hire, golf, sunset cruises, day trips, sailing, fishing, diving, airport transfers, cook, babysitter, etc). The agent is on call to provide you with local information and advice.
The housekeeper service is 9am - 1pm (Monday to Friday). Cot and High Chair hire available on request. Baby stair gates supplied if required. WiFi on ground and second floor; ethernet connectivity on all floors. Air Con on all floors. Cable TVs/DVDs/iPod Docs/Hairdryers in all bedrooms plus one set of hair straighteners. TV/DVD/iPod Doc in lounge together with wide selection of dvds. Mezzanine room has sofa bed, desk and well stocked book shelves. Sun loungers with cushion provided.
The yacht marina on the other side of the Harbour has a cluster of shops, cafes, bars and a bank (with ATM). It is easy to hire a quality car (although not necessary as all local amenities are within walking distance) - a temporary driving licence is obtained from the police station. Water Taxis can be arranged to pick you up from the Villa to take you to the famous Pigeon Island heritage resort and beach. The Villa is no-smoking indoors however ash trays are provided for use on the patio/garden.
We have a local agent who looks after all our booking and is on hand throughout your stay to ensure you have a great time. Bookings made more than 45 days (7 weeks) before arrival date, require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is then due no later than 45 days (7 weeks) before your arrival date. Full payment is required on booking if booking is within 45 days of arrival date.
