Thank you for considering our home for your vacation destination or weekend get away. While it's true that Williams is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon and other special attractions, the surrounding area offers much more to see and do, when you get off the beaten path. My wife and I have lived here for almost 30 years and would like to share our knowledge of the area with our guests. We are both outdoor enthusiasts and know the mountain drives, unbelievable mountaintop viewing areas, incredible canyon vistas, tucked away trout lakes, wildlife watching areas for elk and deer, caves to explore, hiking trails and many more things to do, all without crowds. Williams is situated in one of the largest Ponderosa pine forest in the world and the outdoor activities are endless. Williams has a hidden treasure in its own backyard, which many visitors never get to experience. We would like to give you the opportunity to experience the hidden treasures of Williams!

We are a family of 6 who loves to call Williams our home! We've lived here since 1986, and cannot imagine a more lovely place to enjoy life.
Bob Burlington purchased this house in 2012
We bought this home in 2012 as a foreclosure and rebuilt it from the ground up! We wanted to move closer to our children's activities like music lessons, Scouts and school projects. We moved again recently only because the Sheridan Rental proved to be a bit too cramped for six full-time residents.
We are especially excited to offer visitors a great value in a gorgeous home. The King Sized Sleep Number bed should make you feel refreshed and ready to take on new adventures each day of your trip! The front porch is the perfect place to enjoy a sunrise and the back porch is the perfect place to enjoy a sunset.
This is our second annual "Best Friends Trip," and we are so happy that we found your home. Thank you so much for sharing a little piece of Williams with us. Bob, thank you for stopping by and giving us some hints on fun stuff to do around here. Thanks for warning us about the staged gunfights or we would've been quite freaked out that first night! :) We visited the lookout tower on Bill Williams Mountain. Amazing! You have a beautiful home, and we will definitely be back!
Very clean and comfy place to stay! We same here with 6 adults and 3 kids and had a wonderful family vacation. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was a nice big yard for the kids to run around on. Hundreds of singing birds greeted us in the morning. It was like home away from home. The home is 2-3 short blocks from downtown Williams where people are VERY friendly and food was great. Also centrally located between Grand Canyon and Sedona - so it's perfect if you want to visit both (recommended). Wish we had more time to stay! Thanks Bob and Marlene!
The listing description was totally accurate. The house is perfectly located to visit the Grand Canyon and other sites . The house is in a quiet neighborhood right in the town of Williams. It is clean, very comfortable and well maintained. The owner provided the best customer service and was always accessible to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. We enjoyed the Grand Canyon and Sedona during our visit.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very accommodating to us and what we needed. The house was very clean and cozy. It was very quite in the neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.
Bob, your Williams home was perfect. My family if four had everything that we needed. The location is central to everything. We visited the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff and all were an easy drive. Williams has such character. We loved hanging out in the evenings along Route 66. The shops and restaurants were awesome. Looking forward to next time.
The house was clean and recently remodeled. Modest house in a modest neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised with it. The girls each had their own bedroom (good thing) and I was happy to see the Sleep Number bed in the master!
We had two main reasons to pick this property. Not having been in Arizona before, we found that Williams was central to what we wanted to visit (Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Prescott, Jerome). The other thing was Bob, the property owner. Having lived in the area for a long time, Bob gave us some great ideas on things to do. Time didn't permit seeing it all and unfortunately we barely scratched what was in the town of Williams. Hopefully if there is a next time, we can stay here again and see more of what Williams has to offer. Nice place! I only marked it a 4 star because it wasn't a "chalet on the mountain", however it was a nice place that had excellent access to town. Our college age girls even walked to the downtown to a coffee shop.
