Thank you for considering our home for your vacation destination or weekend get away. While it's true that Williams is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon and other special attractions, the surrounding area offers much more to see and do, when you get off the beaten path. My wife and I have lived here for almost 30 years and would like to share our knowledge of the area with our guests. We are both outdoor enthusiasts and know the mountain drives, unbelievable mountaintop viewing areas, incredible canyon vistas, tucked away trout lakes, wildlife watching areas for elk and deer, caves to explore, hiking trails and many more things to do, all without crowds. Williams is situated in one of the largest Ponderosa pine forest in the world and the outdoor activities are endless. Williams has a hidden treasure in its own backyard, which many visitors never get to experience. We would like to give you the opportunity to experience the hidden treasures of Williams!

We are a family of 6 who loves to call Williams our home! We've lived here since 1986, and cannot imagine a more lovely place to enjoy life.
Bob Burlington purchased this house in 2012
We bought this home in 2012 as a foreclosure and rebuilt it from the ground up! We wanted to move closer to our children's activities like music lessons, Scouts and school projects. We moved again recently only because the Sheridan Rental proved to be a bit too cramped for six full-time residents.
We are especially excited to offer visitors a great value in a gorgeous home. The King Sized Sleep Number bed should make you feel refreshed and ready to take on new adventures each day of your trip! The front porch is the perfect place to enjoy a sunrise and the back porch is the perfect place to enjoy a sunset.
This is our second annual "Best Friends Trip," and we are so happy that we found your home. Thank you so much for sharing a little piece of Williams with us. Bob, thank you for stopping by and giving us some hints on fun stuff to do around here. Thanks for warning us about the staged gunfights or we would've been quite freaked out that first night! :) We visited the lookout tower on Bill Williams Mountain. Amazing! You have a beautiful home, and we will definitely be back!
The house was clean and recently remodeled. Modest house in a modest neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised with it. The girls each had their own bedroom (good thing) and I was happy to see the Sleep Number bed in the master!
We had two main reasons to pick this property. Not having been in Arizona before, we found that Williams was central to what we wanted to visit (Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Prescott, Jerome). The other thing was Bob, the property owner. Having lived in the area for a long time, Bob gave us some great ideas on things to do. Time didn't permit seeing it all and unfortunately we barely scratched what was in the town of Williams. Hopefully if there is a next time, we can stay here again and see more of what Williams has to offer. Nice place! I only marked it a 4 star because it wasn't a "chalet on the mountain", however it was a nice place that had excellent access to town. Our college age girls even walked to the downtown to a coffee shop.
Nice, cozy house in Williams. We really liked it. Nice kitchen and a quick walk to all the restaurants. Thank you!!
We loved the home. Kids got to play in the snow in the fenced back yard. We got to see so many different things thanks to the great location. The home it self was very nice and clean. The kitchen was great for our home made Christmas dinner. Owners are very sweet and accommodating. Highly recommended!!!!
This was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights while we explored the area with family. We had 2 young girls (2 & 4 y.o.) and they enjoyed having their own room and a living space to play in. It was cosy, clean, and well-maintained.
The owners were very helpful with suggestions on things to do as there was a huge snowstorm blowing through town the 2nd day of our stay, and even came and shoveled snow off the driveway the next day. Thanks Bob and Marlene!
I would gladly recommend to others!
We had a great fun staying at williams. The place was so comfortable, elegant and neat. We loved both the home and the city and this is one of the place you have to be at cristmas. Everything is great about this place. The owners were flexible and supported us in every way they could. Definitely we like to come again.
Beautiful home! My family and I were so happy to have found this place. Extremely clean and spacious for a family of five. The kids loved having a home to come back to after a full day of activities. Conveniently located near everything you would need. Would book this home again in a heartbeat!
