Thank you for considering our home for your vacation destination or weekend get away. While it's true that Williams is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon and other special attractions, the surrounding area offers much more to see and do, when you get off the beaten path. My wife and I have lived here for almost 30 years and would like to share our knowledge of the area with our guests. We are both outdoor enthusiasts and know the mountain drives, unbelievable mountaintop viewing areas, incredible canyon vistas, tucked away trout lakes, wildlife watching areas for elk and deer, caves to explore, hiking trails and many more things to do, all without crowds. Williams is situated in one of the largest Ponderosa pine forest in the world and the outdoor activities are endless. Our guests will receive personalized maps and directions from leisurely afternoon drives to adventurous hikes and destinations. Williams has a hidden treasure in its own backyard, which many visitors never get to experience. We would like to give you the opportunity to experience the hidden treasures of Williams!
For outdoor activities and sightseeing information, call Bob at 928 864 9656. Also ask about a free guided wildlife viewing drive, when you stay 3 or more nights!
Our home is also an ideal base for exploring all the usual spots around, such as Grand Canyon, Williams, Flagstaff, Tuzigoot, Jerome, Sedona, Meteor Crater, Sunset Crater, Montezuma's Well, Grand Canyon Caverns, Arizona Snow Bowl, The Skywalk, The Deer Farm, The Big Toy Playground and more! We have lived in the area for almost 30 years and can give you suggestions for places to see that many tourists don't know about!
We offer: Bed 1-King sized Sleep Number bed; Bed 2-queen, Bed 3-twin over full bunk and 2 full baths. The sofa in the living room has a fold-out queen bed. A nice, cozy fireplace keeps your toes warm in winter and comfortable patio furniture on the back deck is the perfect place to enjoy cool summer evenings.
From our home, you can walk to Polar Express, GC Railway, the zip line, RT. 66, nightly Wild West gunfight, Results Fitness Center, the community stage and pool. We are also within three blocks of restaurants and seasonal activities downtown, yet our home is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Our home was completely remodeled in 2012, and we hope you enjoy the updated kitchen with stainless appliances, large kitchen island and nook dining table, with extra seating.

About Bob Burlington
We are a family of 6 who loves to call Williams our home! We've lived here since 1986, and cannot imagine a more lovely place to enjoy life.
Bob Burlington purchased this house in 2012
Why Bob Burlington chose Williams
We bought this home in 2012 as a foreclosure and rebuilt it from the ground up! We wanted to move closer to our children's activities like music lessons, Scouts and school projects. We moved again recently only because the Sheridan Rental proved to be a bit too cramped for six full-time residents.
What makes this house unique
We are especially excited to offer visitors a great value in a gorgeous home. The King Sized Sleep Number bed should make you feel refreshed and ready to take on new adventures each day of your trip! The front porch is the perfect place to enjoy a sunrise and the back porch is the perfect place to enjoy a sunset.
Guestbook comments from the owner
This is our second annual "Best Friends Trip," and we are so happy that we found your home. Thank you so much for sharing a little piece of Williams with us. Bob, thank you for stopping by and giving us some hints on fun stuff to do around here. Thanks for warning us about the staged gunfights or we would've been quite freaked out that first night! :) We visited the lookout tower on Bill Williams Mountain. Amazing! You have a beautiful home, and we will definitely be back!
