Awesome stay

We were there for a conference with our church. Kevin sent us the info to get in. Walked up the stairs and was completely surprised by the upstairs accommodations. My son and I got the room with 2 queens, huge room! Had a couch and a tv, one of our friends slept on the couch. Plenty of room! The first bedroom had a massage chair, one by one we all tried it after traveling from Northern CA. Felt great after the trip. 1 friend and her daughter stood in that room it had a queen. The last bedroom another queen, one friend stood there. All the rooms were big! There is 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, 1 shower. Perfect for us. Loved that there was a stove and a fridge, we had breakfast and dinner there. Wasn't to far from the convention center. Everyone enjoyed the beds, they were so comfortable. Place was clean and just perfect for our group. Living room and kitchen connected, but enough space. Would totally book it again. Thanks Kevin!

Girls trip to LA!

Myself and 4 other women spent a whole week at this wonderful property. We felt very comfortable, safe and relaxed. The location was perfect and close to everything! I have gotten some much needed sleep regardless of a bit noisy street. Kevin was an amazing host and very informative! I will definitely be coming back with my husband!!! Thank you Kevin! I already miss that home!

A hidden retreat in LA

Thank you Kevin for having the apartment ready for us. It was clean and ready to move right in. The beds were VERY comfortable. My two teenagers commented the internet connection was adequate for their needs and we enjoyed HBO for our quiet evenings. Having the apartment so close to freeways made travel easy. Atwater village is a cute area. We can see the potential. We will be back.

Great Way to Check Out Great Neighborhood

My wife, two teenage children, and I were spending a weekend in LA. I picked this apartment because I wanted to stay in an interesting neighborhood that was more urban than a typical touristy area. I got my wish. The location could not be beat. The apartment was well within running distance of the LA River trail, and close by car to all the sights. Better yet, we could walk to interesting restaurants and stores. While a nondescript commercial building the outside, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

This location is near Griffith Park and right on Glendale Blvd. it is 15 minutes from Hollywood,and downtown( the Los Angeles Convention Center)Also 1 mile from an horse equestrian center. Many conveniences easy walk right out the front door with the post office across the street and the library right next door. Two yoga centers, two gyms, multitude of shops, stores, bars, cafes, farmers market, spas, fast food, etc.. within literally a few feet. Golden State Fwy ( I-5)and the (2) Fwy three blocks away to get anywhere in CA fast and with easy access to public transit,train. Downtown and Hollywood are about 10 mins away. Next to Griffith park which has numerous activities, hiking, pools, tennis, golf, carousel for kids.
