Photos and Description of this 3 bedroom holiday home in Delaware - Summercrest Beach Bungalow
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6
You will feel at home in this a lovely three bedroom two bath single-family home in a great neighborhood 11 minutes from the beach with a pool, workout room, and tennis courts. The open floorplan Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen is bright and airy and perfect for entertaining! The Master Bedroom features a king size mattress and a large master bath and Walk-in Closet. The second bedroom features a queen size mattress and a Walk-in closet and shares a bath with the third bedroom, which features 2 single-mattress daybeds and is perfect for kids. The Living Room also has an L-shaped sofa that folds down into an two-person sleeping arrangement. This convenient location right behind the outlets off Plantation Road allows you to avoid the traffic and get here faster, yet you can still be at either Rehobeth Beach or Lewes beach in 11 to 12 minutes. Did I mention that the outlets are super close-by! This location allows you to take part in all of the festivities at teh beach but still be able to escape to a tranquil location, quiet enough to be able to sleep. You may use the 10'x10' fold-up tent and the folding chairs as well as the grill, but please leave them in the condition that you found them. Please report any damaged items or any problems with the house immediately for immediate attention. Please note...this is a nice quiet neighborhood. If you are a group of loud party animals at 2AM, (I was in my younger years) this will not be a good fit for you.

About Chris Mandros
I'm a design/build contractor from the historic city of Lancaster, PA. I went to school at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and also lived in Philadelphia and briefly in New York City. I love to travel both domestically and overseas and have a wonderful whacky Bernese Mountain Dog named Argos.
Chris Mandros purchased this house in 2013
Why Chris Mandros chose Delaware
I've traveled to Rehoboth Beach for years and while I love the charm and the lively atmosphere of downtown Rehoboth, I prefer someplace I can get to easily and leave the craziness behind and relax in peace and quiet.
