GREAT OCEANFRONT UNIT AT GREAT RESORT IN VIRGINIA BEACH, The Colony

Enjoy Virginia Beach from your high-rise overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Each unit faces the ocean and has a private balcony where you can start the day watching the sun rise over the water. The units are fully furnished for six people. Towels, linens, dishes, pots and pans, all the comforts of home are included. We do not furnish paper towels, or dish washing liquid. The living room has a panoramic view of the ocean and color TV with HBO. The dining room is furnished with a lovely contemporary table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, disposal, trash compactor, two full baths and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the unit. A small pool overlooking the ocean on our sun-deck, as well as saunas.

Check out time is 10am and no pets are allowed

Nice house in a fantastic location

Overall it was a great stay for us. The location cannot get any better than this. It's right in the center of the Virginia beach where all the action is. The listing needs to be changed to 2BA instead of 3BA. There is only 2 BA in this apartment. My only complaint is about the property "Colony" in which this apartment is situated. the staff and manager are rude and not helpful. The apartment owner should make sure that guests staying in the property are treated well and should not be charged extra for anything more than already paid during booking.

Great stay!

Location was perfect, as my family expected. It was right at the boardwalk. Price was reasonable for a busy Memorial weekend and Justin was very gracious to continue to follow up with my arrival to the location, ensuring that I got in. The only concern is that the place can use some updates on furniture and decoration. Other than that, it was great! Will consider it again when we're in the area.
