3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 120m2 + 66 m2 Terrace + Huge Roof Terrace, 400m Beach

Large bright Penthouse (120m2+66m2 terrace), 2pools, gardens,on golf,at 400m beaches, buses&taxis. Quiet area, +/-2km from Benalmádena Costa. Car unnecessary, Malaga Airport 8km - train /20min, Supermarkets, Restaurants,Pharmacies, Bars, Amenities nearby.

The penthouse is located at the end of a private apartment complex called ' Palmeras del Golf ' , surrounded by the famous golf course of ' Torrequebrada '.

A 1st Pool + Children's Pool is located just beside, and the 2nd pool is located on the other side of the complex (+/- 100 m) , accessible by a path through the garden area.

The apartment on the top floor of a 2 storey building consists of

• a large entrance hall

• a large lounge with TV , Radio / CD , Internet , Wifi

• a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, oven , hob , dishwasher , dishes, pots and cutlery .

• a utility room with washing machine, iron.

• a suite with double bed, bathroom and whirlpool bath ( sheets, comforters and bath towels are provided)

• a 2nd bathroom ( bath towels are provided)

• 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 single beds (sheets and comforters included)

• a first large terrace of 66m2 , facing south-east , overlooking the golf course , directly accessing the 3 bedrooms and living room.

• a 2nd terrace on the roof of the apartment , sunny all day, with sea views

• all furniture, table , chairs, sun loungers , cushions.

• air conditioning in all rooms

A private parking space is at 50m .

Access

There is a train station at Malaga airport (10 min walk).

It is thus not really recommended to rent a car at the airport (Very long queues and higher prices). The train is clearly the fastest and cheapest way to reach the apartment.

Actually, a train line connects Malaga downtown to Fuengirola, going through the airport toward Benalmadena. Train must so be taken direction Fuengirola , Time schedules are clearly displayed and there is a train every 20 minutes. Train ticket is purchased at the entrance of the station at +/2,5 €. The journey from airport to Benalmadena is 8 km long and takes +/-20 minutes. Train must be left at Benalmadena 'Aroyo de la Miel' station.

Right out of the station, do not hesitate to take a taxi to the apartment located at Calle Helsinki 5 Palmeras del Golf Torrequebrada, Benalmádena Costa. Taxi fare is +/- € 8.

Someone will meet and greet you at the entrance of the gate.

• There are regular buses to all destinations of the Costa del Sol, Malaga, Estepona. (Bus stop at 400 m from the apartment).

• Taxis € 6 running throughout the city, 30 € from Penthouse at the airport.

• The departure of daily excursions to all tourist destinations of Andalusia and Morocco.

Several car rental agencies are located along Benalmádena Costa.

Supermarket

A large supermarket 'MERCADONA' is located at avenida de las Estrella Del Mar in Benalmádena at only 500m from the Penthouse.(Bakery, Butcher, Vegetables, Drinks, toilets products...).

Lovely penthouse apartment

We enjoyed great golf holiday in Benalmadena and stayed 9 nights in this lovely penthouse apartment. The apartment is very spacious, light, clean and tidy. As well it is equipped very well to deal with everyday life.

The large terrace is sunny and nice. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the morning in the terrace and sat there in the evenings. The apartment is in very peaceful and safe area without any distraction even though not too far from the city centre. It was easy to drive from the area to many golf courses. We played also Torrequebrada golf course, which is very close to the apartment. The course is fine and in very good condition.

Roger, the owner of the apartment, is friendly, polite and dependable. Everything in the renting process went excellently.

We can highly recommend this apartment e.g. for the families, two couples etc.

Beautiful beaches

Je peux vous assurer que les plages situées dans le secteur d'Elviria, au nord de marbella (appelé Marbella Est par les locaux :El Rosario, Las Chapas, Los Monteros, Cabopino, ce sont les plus belles de la Costa del Sol, il n'y a rien à redire sur la qualité du sable et de l'eau, elles sont longues et larges et ont une trés belle vue sur le rocher de Gibraltar et les côtes marocaines (par temps clair), de plus, ce coin est très joli. Seul hic, elles ne sont pas faciles à trouver, il faut sortir de l'Autovia del Mediteraneo (N 340) et emprunter de minuscules rues qui partent vers la mer pour les trouver. Par ailleurs, ce sont les plages favorites et cachées des résidants du coin, par conséquent, en Aout ou le week-end (hors saison), il peut être difficile de se garer, mais ensuite aucun problème pour trouver de la place pour poser sa serviette. Vers Malaga, vous ne trouverez pas grand chose, niveau plages, ce sera surtout le bout des pistes de l'aéroport, faut aimer !!! Si vous souhaitez aller moins loin, aller sur la plage d'El Castillo, à la sortie sud de Fuengirola. Bon séjour
