Villa Penna a beautiful situated detached villa with large swimming pool. From the house and the roof terrace you have a fantastic panoramic view on the nature reserve Monte Sibilini. The house is surrounded by a nice garden with several terraces and with a spacious swimming pool. From the pool you can enjoy the amazing view. In total there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and two living rooms. Which makes the house ideal for two families traveling together. The property sleeps 12 persons.

The little village Penna san Giovanni is only 2 KM. here you can find some restaurants. You can reach the coast within 40 minutes.
