A luxurious apartment is located in the centre of Mijas Costa, between world famous Marbella and charming Fuengirola, on the territory of the world famous resort of “Club la Costa”. The identical apartment of my neighbours is also listed here, please check their listing # 3912408 if mine is unavailable for your dates.

In the area of 80 sq.m., the apartment has two bedrooms, which are the guest bedroom with an access to the separated bathroom and master’s bedroom with a second bathroom, which has a hydro massage option in it.

The spacious living room has an access to the kitchen and a dinning table. There is a big studio couch in the living room, which allows providing two extra people with sleeping spaces.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern upscale housekeeping equipment (Bosch) and has a comfortable layout with a service window facing into the dining room.

From the dining room you get out to a large terrace, on which every morning during breakfast you have an opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque coast nature, as well as a Jacuzzi installed on the terrace will help you to relax and enjoy it fully.

The territory of Malibu Mansions complex is separated, fully privatized and islanded from the Club la Costa and the tenants are provided with keys. The territory is 24/7 monitored by CCTV cameras. The apartment has its own parking place in the parking lot just opposite the entrance.

There is a large shared swimming pool with shallow end for children. In addition to that there is a small swimming pool for children. Sun-loungers are provided.

Getting to the beach will take one less than ten minutes of walking distance. Also, the Club la Costa free local train is available at any time, circulating all over the territory.

Tenants of the apartment have the opportunity to use infrastructure of Club La Costa such as: 24-hour porter, daily housekeeping (additional cost), disposal tennis court, and a sport club with the most fascinating sport equipment.

Modern, fully furnished apartment sits among exotic and lush tropical gardens, restaurants, bars with nightly entertainment programmed, a mini-market, amazing and huge swimming pools, kids’ pools and Jacuzzi pools (21 in total, 2 of which are heated!), the best kids’ club on the coast ( including lunch, you can read more about the club/team-marina-resort-activities/ ) and a fun to ride train that crosses the resorts connecting each place…

The chic and upmarket hotspots of Marbella and Puerto Banus are less than 30 minutes away; while for culture vultures and those looking for a real slice of Spain, the beautiful city of Malaga can be easily reached by train.

There are also a big shopping center, a stable and a sport playground within walking distance. Various excursions in different languages are organised from reception to the nearby places of interest - Sevilla, Granada, Morocco (in a ferry across Strait of Gibraltar)

About Lea

Our family has been living in Spain for over 7 years. We bought this apartment for our own vacations in the first place. Then we moved in to the house nearby and finally this year we decided on letting the apartment, so the whole thing is new for us. Renting this property out will be great experience for me both for doing something new and improving my English language skills ( i speak also Spanish)

Fantastic Home Away from Home

We had a great vocation and the home we stayed in was fabulous. All you could want! Very comfortable, well maintained, secure, also, with wonderful interior. We had a chance to relax in the extremely clean home and excellent beds. Moreover, very friendly and nice owner, never had problems. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in.

Un super séjour!

Je vais commencer par parler de Lea...Alors je suis du genre hyper stressée par tout: le voyage, la location, l'arrivée...Tout. Lea a été d'une patience d'ange: elle a répondu à tous mes mails en un temps record, jamais agacée, jamais expéditive, toujours chaleureuse. J'avais presque l'impression de louer la maison d'une copine! Tout est très clair dans ses explications et elle se met en quatre pour vous rendre le séjour plus facile (elle a acheté exprès un lit bébé par exemple!). Et puis ensuite vient l'appartement...C'est vraiment du haut de gamme. Nous qui sommes habitués à louer en France, les critères ne sont pas les mêmes! Pour un prix défiant toute concurrence, nous avions tout le confort possible + les courses faites à notre arrivée (pour débuter hein...mais c'est super appréciable et du coup, s'il vous reste qq chose, il ne faut pas hésiter à faire comme les locataires précédents et à laisser ce qui n'est pas périssable!) le ménage fait à la fin, la WIFI, la terrasse immense avec une très jolie vue sur Fuengirola et le jacuzzi...Deux chambres très bien séparées (un vrai coin parents avec un lit king size dans une chambre immense...) avec une salle d'eau dont la douche est très grande et une salle de bain avec une baignoire à remous (on n'a pas essayé). Enfin, bref nous avons été bluffés par ces prestations!

Ensuite vient la résidence: plutôt jolie par rapport à ce qui a parfois pu être fait sur la côte l'endroit précis où se trouve l'appart (tout en haut de la colline où se trouve la résidence) est carrément super beau et très bien entretenu. La piscine chauffée est à 5mn à pied ou 2 mn en petit train. Sinon, la piscine juste en face de l'appart est immense et...un peu fraîche mais c'est très agréable.

les commerces sont à 5 mn en voitures (grande surface).

En revanche, ce n'est pas forcément l'endroit le plus formidable pour se baigner à la mer: à 5 mn en voiture la grande plage de Fuengirola est bien mieux!

En tout cas, mille mercis à Lea pour ce super séjour qu'elle nous a permis de passer!!!

Perfect Vacation Apartment

My wife and I stayed at Leyla's apartment for a long weekend. We already knew the area very well and had often wondered what the accommodation at Malibu Mansions was like. We needn't have worried - the apartment is built, decorated and furnished to a very high standard with every home from home convenience you could wish for. The large terrace had plenty room to relax on the reclining chairs and also had space for a dining table/6 chairs and a hot tub/Jacuzzi. The resort is located within a gated area, with the apartment having it's own covered parking space and has it's own pool and sunbathing area. The resort is maintained to a very high standard. We were able to get into the apartment as soon as we arrived and were also able to leave around lunchtime for our afternoon flight home - perfect for a relaxing weekend. Leyla thoughtfully provided a welcome pack containing some essentials as well. The resort is well placed to use as a base for visiting many areas from Malaga to Gibraltar and we would not hesitate to recommend Leyla's apartment as a luxurious and comfortable place to stay - we certainly hope to return in the future.

Superbe sejour à Mijas

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans l'appartement de Leyla , tout est conforme à la description .Il est très agréable ,bien équipé .De plus nous bénéficions des services et équipements du club La Costa.

Nous retournerons avec plaisir l'an prochain pour continuer la découverte de l'Andalousie,tout est proche: Malaga, Marbella, Antequera, un peu plus loin : las Alpujarras, même Grenade qui est à 2 heures.

Encore merci à Leyla pour le rosé , les toasts, etc... Qui nous attendaient.

Excellent apartment and service - enjoyable stay.

I have been renting this apartment from 23-29th of September 2014. I have only positive comments which can reflect my experience at Leila's apartment. First of all, the apartment itself is of an extremely high quality, in that it matches with all the features of a luxury 5-star hotel.

Secondly, everything I was expecting to find in the apartment upon my arrival had fully satisfied my needs, including a pleasantly surprising welcome pack from the owner. The owner herself is a very amiable woman who features responsibility and in case anything is needed, replies to a request quickly. What fascinated me particularly about the apartment is the view from the terrace and the opportunity to enjoy the latter whilst in the jacuzzi, which is situated right on the terrace. The internet speed was also superb, that made life a lot easier... And lastly, I would like to point out that whilst staying at Club la Costa, you can use any of the facilities available on the territory of the Club. I particularly recommend horse riding (from the stables) and tennis. In overall, we had an outstanding holiday, thank you Leila, it was perfect.

Honourable Owner with Marvelous Property

As first-time visitors to Spain, our experience was enhanced with over-the-top generosity from the owner. She went out of her way to accommodate our stay with a welcome package that included wine, chocolate, bread, eggs and more. When our return flight was cancelled, she even offered us to stay, FREE of charge. The views from the balcony are AMAZING! To the left side of the balcony, your eyes are intrigued by the mountains with buildings nestled into the side. To the right, you're gazing at the Mediterranean sea with sail boats and cruise ships passing bye. The condo offered lots of privacy and quiet relaxation. Inside, the condo was nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen and natural stone floors throughout. A secure internet service was included that helped us to communicate with family and friends back home in Canada.

Everything was within walking distance to the beach, market and shopping centre and we didn't have to rent a car. Sight-seeing tours were offered at the reception desk where you were picked up and dropped off for all tours. There are several restaurants on site, if you do not want to cook. We highly recommend renting from this owner and staying at this property. And look forward to returning in future with friends and family from Canada.
