Grand Master Queen Bedroom with master bath including a walk in shower, extended vanity, and closet. 2nd Queen Bedroom provides for all needs in a calm, relaxing ambiance. Sleeper sofa in the great room can accommodate 2. Lovely complex with a resort like pool area, 12 person hot tub, ramadas with tables and grills, playgrounds and ½ basketball courts. Grassy soccer field with walking trail. Laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. Located in east Mesa, very easy access to Hwy 60 and Loop 202. 15 minutes from the Superstition Mountains, 10 minutes from the Usery Mountains. 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport and 35 minutes from SkyHarbor airport. Restaurants and shopping …. 5-10 minutes in multiple directions. Fully Stocked Kitchen. Cox Cable and High Speed Internet with wireless modem.32' TV in great room w DVR and DVD Player. 27' TV in Master Bedoorm. New Electric Grill. 1 car garage with remote. Also, I've posted my rates and do have a cleaning fee and a Damage Protection in addition to the posted rates. Great stay.

This was the easiest rental I've had. Check in was so smooth, owners quickly responded to any messages. Perfect location for what we needed. Will definitely rent this one again.

Very nice condo with all the amenities. Well stocked with just about everything you need for a pleasant stay. Convenient location. Host was quick to respond to questions. Pool wasn’t heated in January but we really didn’t expect it to be. Besides, the Mesa public pool was only four minutes away for lap swimming.

Great location, comfortable stay

Our two week stay was perfect and would reserve it again. Beds were comfortable (although we like a king size), kitchen was well stocked, owner responded quickly with any questions we had, quiet neighborhood, soccer field-basketball court-playground was perfect for our grand kids to play on, grocery store and pharmacy close by. The weather was rainy and cool so no chance to use the pool, but looked very inviting.

Joan, the owner, lives in Wisconsin, a retired police officer. It was a dream to own a home in Arizona, and as I still reside in WI, I decided to share my dream with others! The sun, beautiful scenery, spring training, golf, sights and attractions … all make for a fabulous retreat!

Joan chose this location for it’s easy access to anywhere in the Valley and day trip excursions. I built my condo, as did my brother and his wife at the same time, which made the decision easy! Rob and Barbara reside in Queen Creek, AZ and will be managing the property on my behalf. They will be your contacts, are very accommodating and approachable, and experienced with vacation rentals.

What makes this property unique

Once I decided to share my dream with others, I wanted a place that was unique, comfortable, and offered vacationers what they needed for the ideal vacation … and believe I am providing that!
