Villa Beach House is front line beach, 5 bedroom villa, located between two 5* hotels Don Carlos (Nikki Beach) and Estrella del Mar in Elviria and refurbished to a high modern standard.

It is in a residential area 8 kilometres east of Marbella and short drive from supermarkets and walking distance to the restaurants. Villa Beach House is ideal for families or large groups.

It´s location offers one of the best beaches, surrounded with several excellent restaurants.

Other shops, bars and restaurants can be found at Elviria which is a short drive and is residential area with a popular commercial center.

Famous resort Marbella is 10 minute drive to the west and is renowned for its stylish, exclusive designer shops, restaurants and picturesque old town center. Slightly further west is the port Puerto Banus a millionaire´s paradise. A 5 minute drive to the east is Cabopino, a very picturesque port surrounded by several good restaurants overlooking the boats in the marina. Fuengirola is 15 minute drive west and this is very bustling resort where are many sports activities and very well known Mijas Aquapark and open markets during the week and weekends!

If you are golfer there are some of the finest courses on the doorstep of the villa.

What an amazing find

On arrival, we discovered that our satellite navigation system wasn’t working but Allan who looks after this property on behalf of the owner who is overseas guided us in perfectly. The property itself is very well appointed, very spacious and has all the mod cons one would hope for a relaxing holiday. The property itself was pretty clean and has 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a further much smaller bedroom with two bunk beds. There is also a cot in one of the twin rooms. On the roof terrace there are some fabulous views over to the sea which is literally a stone’s throw away. Security is excellent with off street parking behind a large high sliding door. Access to the beach is also gated with high fences and therefore one feels extremely secure throughout. The kitchen has everything you could ask for right up to an ice making machine and there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us courtesy of Allan and his wife. There is very good Wi-Fi in the villa which rightly or wrongly, these days is an essential. From the barbecue area there are terrific views over the beach and the lighting has been very well thought out. There is a traditional charcoal barbecue and for those more lazy (myself included) and excellent gas barbecue which appears in the main photograph. Along the beach there is the Beach House which we visited each morning for our cup of coffee after a power walk. Further along there is the famous Nikki Beach and then going the other way, there are some restaurants and cafes. Not too expensive. We hired beds one day at the Beach house but to be honest it was better by our pool having the option then to go into the sea straight from the back gate. If you are looking for the perfect house in the perfect location then this is it. Allan was particularly attentive, friendly, courteous and respectful of us throughout the stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to prospective travellers and feel free to ask me any questions should you so wish. I have already tentatively booked this for 2 weeks next year as we were so impressed. My only recommendations would be to have an additional set of keys (security is excellent at this house) as well as having a professional swimming pool company keeping an eye on the marvellous pool which need more chemicals. Thank you for a wonderful holiday-the villa was truly an amazing find and we loved it.-Richard

Notes:
This villa is set over two floors and also benefits from air conditioned/heated double bedrooms. The front door opens in to an entrance all glassed hallway with sitting area which directly enjoys the pool and garden view. Through the entrance hall is another open plan sitting dining area with a feature fireplace which leads to a brand new modern kitchen with separate patio-utility area. On the same floor they are two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and additional one bedroom with separate bathroom. In the hall, staircase leads up to the first floor landing on to spacious two double bedrooms with en suite and magnificent see views from the terrace. Patio windows from the bedroom open to another terrace that runs along the back of the house making it a perfect spot for dining or relaxing with wonderful sea and beach views. The garden is mature and pretty with covered barbecue area in the corner of the garden with attractive seating.
