We chose this neighborhood because its a beautiful residential area tucked into a diverse and thriving city. Our property overlooks the lush North Hollywood Park and is within blocks of a public library, tennis courts, playgrounds, skate parks, bike paths, the recreation center, a YMCA, and the Metro train station. Nestled in the center of the NoHo Arts District, its easy to take in the many theaters, comedy clubs, and other performance spaces such as The Hollywood Bowl, The Greek Theater, The Grove, The HaHa Cafe and Fashion Square. An eclectic selection of restaurants and night life hot spots are also just minutes away, usually within walking distance! Easy access to three major freeways lets us enjoy the movie studios and theme parks like Universal, NBC, Paramount, and Disney, or escape to one of the beaches for an afternoon. North Hollywood is the perfect location for utilizing the metropolis that is Los Angeles while enjoying the comforts of sunny, southern California living!

This place is perfect for either a short stay or a long one. It is clean, cosy, warm (we were there in winter) and has all the necessary amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and a fire place. The owner is super friendly and will do anything to help you. The property is quiet, secure, and well maintained. Thanks, Gary, for everything but especially for your kindness and genuine support.
The property was very clean and provided everything we needed. The owner was very pleasant and had pride of ownership. The location is amazing just across a park for morning jog and 24 hour fitness down the street. Many hip restaurants are walking distance as well as a grocery store. We had a car, but with metro down the street and everything close by, we could have done without. Wanted to stay there longer, but will be back for sure.
