1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 2 guests preferably (can sleep 4 guests)

Periwinkle Cottage (located on Broadway Terrace) this charming carriage house offers guests 2 townhouse units to choose from.

Periwinkle Cottage is a few short blocks to the village center, Bearskin Neck, beaches, train and the Shalin Liu Performance Center.

Unit 1 (approximately 550 square feet) offers guests a warm and welcoming space to come home with bold artwork and light colored walls. This unit includes a first floor bathroom with stall shower, kitchen, climate control (A/C), with a second floor Queen-size bedroom and access to the shared laundry room.

Unit 1 is a wonderful option for a family with small children or a couple. This unit is best for 2 people and no more than 4.

Both units have recently been updated with American Leather Comfort Queen-Plus Sleep Sofas - Voted #1 in sleep comfort. You can go to American Leather's website and view the video on this sleep sofa.

    Rates posted on website are based on Double Occupancy.
    Their is an additional charge of $15-night/per guest - up to 4 guests maximum (regardless of age).

    PEAK Season: May through October (excluding July and August) requires a 3-night minimum stay. A 2-night stay pays $20 more per night.
    During Peak Season take 10% OFF a stay of 7-nights or longer in the months of May, June, September and October. Arrival day is flexible.

    HIGH PEAK Season: July and August. Requires a 7-night stay (Saturday to Saturday rental only). 2-guests $1,150; 3-guests $1,250; 4-guests $1,350.

    A security deposit is required to reserve dates. Reservation is not confirmed unless security deposit is received. We receive numerous inquiries about availability daily and reserve dates based on paid security deposits only.

    A Holiday Weekend requires a 3-night minimum stay.

    PLEASE: No pets - no smoking.

    Rates are all inclusive
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
    A service fee of $25 is charged for a cancellation. Please inquiry about Cancellation Policy and other restrictions.

    Payments are due in advance.
    We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card only.

Perfect Winter Getaway!

Relaxing in the Periwinkle Cottage was just what we needed. What a perfect winter getaway! Outside it was blustery and snowy, but we were comfortable and as cozy as can be. We loved the decorations and the amenities were wonderful! We definitely look forward to coming back again!

Thoughtful touches
