Amazing location, but house could do with some TLC.

The location is amazing, only 10minutes walk to Downtown Disney security and that’s with four over 65s and two young children. The house was sufficient for what we needed but could do with some updating as it looked quite tired and grubby in places. The bedroom with the bunk beds has zero storage so when staying here with my husband and two children it was incredibly cramped and nowhere to put our things. I had to ask my mum and mother-in-law if we could use some of their wardrobe space in the other two rooms. The host asked for details of everyone staying prior to our arrival so they could personalise the experience, but we didn’t find anything that was specifically for us. The children were excited to find the colouring books and crayons left for them on the table only to be disappointed when they found most of the books had already been completed by someone else. For the price and location we can’t complain, but some things could be improved.

Perfect location!

Brilliant place to stay while visiting Disney. So relaxing to be able to walk to the parks, then come back to use the pool or just cool down. Best showers of our road trip too!!

Clean, comfortable, and close to the park!

This property has ample space for a decent sized group, and you simply can't beat the location. The home is kept clean and has great amenities; it's an older building but well-kept. Neighbors all seemed friendly, even those that seem to live there full-time. You can see/hear the Disney fireworks right from the front porch every night; so don't panic where you suddenly hear loud rumbling at 9:30pm. Pool access was incredible, 3 pools and a hot tub that were never busy (though I'm sure that changes with the weather). Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location

This is a fantastic property. The location is great. It is about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney, so it is close enough to go back and take a little break instead of having to be at the parks all day. The house was very clean and close to many restaurants and grocery store. The host was very responsive and check in was easy. We will definitely try and stay here again next time.

WHO ARE WE? Fun-loving, Hard-working, kid-adoring family who love getting outside, traveling, making memories, spending time together, & investing in others. Party of 5! Mom, Dad, 2 girls and the little boy. Favorite things to do as a family: Get outdoors, dance around the living room to Disney theme songs, laugh, & read books together at bedtime. We are blessed! Now come stay at one of two favorite places ~ Storybook Villa #1 or #2.
