Located on highly desirable Bayview Street in Camden, this property is currently undergoing interior enhancements and new photographs will be added as the work is completed. 105 Bayview is located three blocks from downtown Camden and one block from Laite Beach. Laite Beach is a hilly park with a sandy beach and swings. This is a local favorite spot to watch fireworks. The terraced yard has mature plantings and a side patio provides for easy entertaining. Bayview Street is a popular street for walking and biking.
105 Bayview is a village home with farmhouse elements. The front porch is an ideal spot for relaxing. The interior has been extensively renovated and is decorated in a clean, classic style with mid-century elements. Large windows and french doors to the patio provide plenty of sunlight. The front porch and side patio provide outdoor space to catch the harbor breezes.
Enter through the side door into the back hallway; to the right is a bathroom with shower. The open living room, dining room and kitchen are straight ahead. French doors from the dining room give access to the side patio and a large barnhouse table lends charm to the dining room. The kitchen has been updated with newer appliances and is well-appointed. At the front of the house is a den/office.
An open Douglas Fir stairway leads to the second floor. At the back of the house is a spacious Master bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. This bedroom is airconditioned and has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is located on the harbor side of the house. There is a second full bathroom upstairs, along with washer and dryer.
