4 bedroom , 2 bath home has cathedral ceilings, new furniture, TVs and paint.

4 bedroom , 2 bath home which has been completely updated with new furniture. This spacious villa has cathedral ceilings and has been luxuriously furnished by a professional interior designer. All bedrooms have new beds, bedding and flat screen televisions. Home has large enclosed pool with trees behind property for privacy. Hampton Lakes is one of the area’s most prestigious communities and has an ideal location close to Disney.

Home Information: This is a large immaculate 4-bed villa with private pool and over 1900 sq.ft. of professionally furnished living space. In this villa there is a living room and separate family room which leads out onto the private 28' heated pool which is floodlit for night use. The swimming pool area has a privacy screen and a tree lined back yard. With an orange grove behind the villa there's no fish bowl feeling, it's extremely relaxing and private. As always, you also have free use of the communal pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, along with child's play grounds.

The villa has four good sized bedrooms, the master room containing a king size bed, luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink vanity. There is also a large walk-in closet, a 32' flat screen television, clock/radio alarm and telephone with free local calls. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. With the last two rooms having two twin-beds per room.

Area Information: Hampton Lakes is one of the areas most prestigious communities, with its ideal location in the 'golden triangle' of Hwy 192, Hwy 27 and interstate highway 4. A short drive from Hampton Lakes, along US Highway 27, there are shops and restaurants, with the new Poisener Center Mall nearby. Stores at the mall: JC Pennys, Best Buy, Target, Ross clothing, Books in a Million, Michaels Crafts, Dick's Sporting Goods, Famous Footwear, Belks, a nail salon, GNC, Zen asian grille, Cici's Pizza, Staples, a sushi and steak restaurant.

For golfers a 5 minute drive will take you to 2 Championship golf courses in Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman and including the Leadbetter School of Golf. There are so many wonderful golf courses around you could play a different course everyday for a month!

What a beautiful home!!!! several friends and I journeyed to Florida from NH for a spring golf trip and stayed in your Hampton lakes home. The place was tremendously accomadating, and what a great location for a golf vacation! There must be twenty different golf courses within a half hour drive. The house was clean, comfortably furnnished, spacious and conveniently located, couldn't ask for anything more. I would deffinitely recomend this home to anyone traveling to central Florida! I've stayed at a couple different locations in Davenport and always enjoyed it. Hampton lakes is an easy twenty minute drive to Disney and yet, far enough away that it's quiet and stress free. Check the place out, you'll love it.

We stayed at this property in late April 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Location is ideal, close to parks, dining, shopping and entertainment but far enough to be removed from congestion. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. I would choose this property again if we return to Orlando.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
