Great place on Paradise Island!

This pleasant townhome is located right in the middle of Cabbage Beach on PI. There is plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen is well-suited for guests who want to be able to prepare a number of meals without heading out to restaurants. The included golf carts give you the ability to travel around PI to access restaurants and stores. Tina, the local property manager, is very responsive and was helpful in thinking through activities for our kids and ways to make things happen. Much of the trip we just enjoyed the phenomenal beach and swimming in both the ocean and the pool.

Lovely vacation

This is a lovely place to stay in the Bahamas. It's far enough from Atlantis that you get a relatively peaceful beach experience. It's close enough that you can pop over there if you want. The beach at this location is really lovely. Soft sand, relatively warm water, not too rough. It's an easy walk to a cove just down the beach where the water is very calm and you can do a little snorkeling (nothing spectacular, but you'll see fish). The house is in a gated community with friendly neighbors and a nice yard for kids to play in. It's perfect for a family of four, or if kids share the bedroom with two twins, five. One thing to note--I believe the description of the property says the pool is heated, or at some point I was told the pool is heated--the pool is NOT heated. If you're there in the winter, that pool is COLD. I think all but the hotel pools are like this, but in case you were wondering--no; the pool isn't heated. We would happily return to this house, and in fact, we're considering doing so quite soon. It really is a lovely place.

Beautiful Home and Location

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. It has all the comforts of home to relax and enjoy your vacation. The beach is gorgeous. Very nice pool. Very quiet complex. Not alot of guests, I think mostly local residents or distant owners. I highly recommend this home. It comes with 2 golf carts to get around on the island which was very nice. Otherwise taxis would be a hassle. The only things to note, there is not a restaurant or bar on premise, so have to go elsewhere or prepare your own cocktails at the beach! You can rent beach chairs from complex next door. I would definitely stay again.
