Friends of ours live in the same building and we always thought it would be a great location for holiday rentals as everything is so nearby: airport, restaurants, swimming pools, the beach, Malaga (great city to visit!). When we had the opportunity to buy an apartment, we didn´t hesitate. We did have to fully reform it as nothing had been done in it for years. But holiday makers can now benefit from that (everything is brand new).

What makes this apartment unique

Nicely furnished, great location (in the busy town centre, yet quiet). And as it is a corner apartment you will enjoy great views both day and night.
