Built in 2008 to luxurious standards, this ocean facing condo has it all. Less than 10 minute drive from the heart of Kralendijk and close to the windsurf and kite beaches. Fully equipped kitchen, cable TV + WiFi, and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean and magnificent sunsets. Swimming pool, rinse tanks with secure dive equipment locker on premises and steps to your own private beach. Non smoking.
Scuba fanatics. We (Fiona, my husband Alan and our three daughters Pippa, Lucy and Rosie) have been visiting Bonaire since 2004 and found Belnam the best location on the island. We travel back every year to enjoy our slice of paradise.

Very close to the windsurfing and kite boarding beaches and snorkeling and scuba diving on the doorstep. With Kralendijk less than 10 minutes away with its many restaurants and stores, it truly is a very convenient location. Bonaire is known as the #1 shore dive destination for a reason.
The reef is accessed from our own private beach right in front of the property. The view from this property is truly spectacular with beautiful sunsets nearly every night. The sound of the surf and wonderful tropical breezes only add to a near perfect location.

We stayed for a week over our Spring Break and snorkeled every day - twice off the beach in front of the condo. The location is perfect - far enough away from downtown to avoid the cruise ship crowd, but just a quick drive to restaurants, groceries and snorkeling spots.
Internet access was surprisingly strong and uninterrupted. Kitchen had everything you would expect including blender, wine glasses and all the usual plates, pots and pans. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is a big plus.
The Beachfront Condo was an amazing way to spend the holidays in paradise . . . the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking (Turtles in the surf, tropical waves of mesmerizing blue, sunsets, . . . ) and the Condo was comfortably island furnished. The diving around the island was fantastic . . . I loved the 1,000 Steps and the Playa Frans dive sites and my husband's favorite was the Hilma Hooker ship wreck. We enjoyed the fine dining experience at Capriccio and had take out at BobbieJans weekend barbecue. The Fireworks to ring in the New Year were out of this world. We definitely will come back to Bonaire and enjoy the Beachfront Condo Experience!@!

Bonaire is known as the #1 shore diving location. The island is beautiful and unspoilt with many sporting activities. As well as it's wonderful diving there is wind-surfing at Lac Bay, great for the beginner and the more experienced, kite boarding is located to the south of the island. Our property is central for all the activities overlooking the ocean and Klein Bonaire, a small island in the bay. The sunsets are incredible and if eating in you will have the best oceanfront dining on the island. There are only 10 condos in the building and it is a quiet and relaxing spot. The condo is very comfortable with everything you should need for your stay. Just 300 meters away is Buddy Dive shop situated at the Belmar apartments. Their very friendly staff can help you with all your dive needs. We have an on island manager to take care of any problems that you may have.
