About this property

There is sleeping for a possible 4 kids in the bunkroom but 8 total in the unit

There is a queen in each of the other bedrooms

There is outside locked convenient storage for skis or bikes.

There is an airlock entry.

There is a full size kitchen new stainless steel refrigerator new bosh dishwasher, new stove stainless self cleaning as well and brand new washer and dryer this year 2019. large solid wood dining room table. There are two sofas. Also in the living room there is a wood burning fireplace all wood is provided on property and fee of charge with your rental. There is a deck off the living room. Brand new silk blackout curtains in the living room. there is a brand new flat screen 37' TV with DVD and VHS.

There is a totally updated half bath on the first floor. The bathroom has a granite top and new wood vanity. New mirror, light and flooring.

Bathroom upstairs also fully renovated.

Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed, with a brand new 500 TC duvet and new comforter in the duvet (all bedrooms have new duvets and comforters/blankets). All of the pillows are brand new and very comfortible and are down or down alternative in all bedrooms. It has a brand new flat screenTV that is 26'

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with the same linens mentioned above. Both Bedrooms have full size closets.

The 3rd bedroom is very large and has 3 bunk beds in it (sleeping 6) The two other bedrooms sleep two persons each. The bedding is also the same as mentioned in the queen bedroom. It has a new flat screen TV with a DVD built in and is 22'.

The bathroom upstairs is totally renovated with new flooring, shower curtains, bathroom assessories, mirror, light, vanity (has two sinks in it very modern style vessel sinks).

No Saturday arrivals or departures during the prime rental season mid dec thourhg april 4th.

There are washers and dryers on site in a common area and also in the unit itself
Emergencies: Any problems at check in please do not hesitate to call me on my cell home. Calls after 10pm and before 7:30am that are items you should have been privy to by reading the house notes a charge of $250 will apply or if you lock your self out and I must wake up to get you in with the emergency method between the same aforementioned hours there is also a $250 charge

If you lock yourself out DO NOT call Killington they cannot help you. I am in Killington quite a but and you never know I may be literally steps away. If you lock yourself out there is a $250 charge for the hours mentioned above and if it is outside those aforementioned hours a $75 charge applies.

Overall good

The location was great as it was only a short bus ride to the slopes with the ability to ski back to the condo. The upgraded bathroom was nice, the kitchen was adequate but could use a crock pot and griddle (luckily we brought our own). Some lightbulbs needed replacing and never could find the TV remote. Overall, the remaining portion of the condo could use updating as most of it is likely the original decor and the windows are very drafty allowing cold air in. It was nice to have a fireplace with plenty of wood.

Short VT Getsway

We came into town to see our friend play a two night show at Pickle Barrel. The place was perfect. Check in info was thorough and easy. Kim was great. She was responsive to communications and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here or one of her other properties again!

Killingtons last resort

Pros: good location right in the heart of killington complete with shuttle services and nearby slopes. This is one of the many killington condos. Cons: arrived with only 1 key working and ice cold water. The owner charges a fine for contacting late hours so we waited for the morning to rectify this. Water went from ice cold to lukewarm after 24 hours into the trip after owner sent maintenance. She offered the group to shower at another location which was not a convenient alternative. Half the group took ice cold showers, the other half lukewarm. Not ideal after a day on the slopes. The tables and chairs are pretty broken so make sure to take pictures and avoid any security deposit fee. And try not to hurt yourself. A full or partial refund was requested but owner refused it since this “wasn’t all brought to her attention during the stay”. We were out doing things, enjoying the vacation and not trying to harp on the hazardous furniture and lack of basic amenities such as hot water.

one of the truely ski home properties in killington on this side of the mountain. Near tubing, restaurants and bars. Ski shuttle to and from the mountain but really easy to ski home NO raods to cross. If there is good snow I ski right to the front door
