This cozy third-floor walk-up Riverfront condominium is located on the Pemigewasset River close to Loon Mountain ski area and not far from many summer attractions. Enter the spacious open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The living room offers a flat-screen television with DVD and access to the back deck. The dining area comfortably seats six with a table plenty big enough for a home-cooked meal or game night. The full kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove with a self-clean oven. The Primary bedroom is on the far side of the living area and offers a king-size bed, television, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is located near the condo entry and has two twin beds and a small flat-screen television with the second bathroom just outside the door.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the nearby old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.

Please note:
This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is not available.
The outdoor pool and tennis area are available in the summer season only and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit has one air conditioner in the dining room.
Tenants are not allowed to bring pets.
*Please note: pet (cat and/or dog) dander may be present in this condominium.*
Riverfront homes no longer allow tenants to use fireplaces.

housekeeping fail...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented in this property for many years. The location is ideal for what we look for. We enjoy the Lincoln area experience, offering family fun attractions and restaurants.I would suggest a better cleaning service at least for the unit we stayed in. Found black hairs on the sheets, pillows,blankets. Half filled coffee mug on fireplace mantel with mold clumps-had to be there for awhile...disgusting. Silverware,dishes with a greasy film. We washed everything before use. Sorry,but could not leave "tip" for housekeeping in envelope left for guests.
